We focus on assisting our clients with consumer financial matters, especially consumer bankruptcy. We consider it an honor to assist our clients who may be experiencing stress from excessive medical debt, credit rate increases, threatened mortgage foreclosures, eviction proceedings, consumer debt repayments, abusive debt collectors (who may be violating the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act), or garnishment and repossession concerns. We help the consumers of southeast Virginia file bankruptcy in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia which allows our clients to obtain bankruptcy relief under the United States Bankruptcy Code. I started the Law Office of Michael J Heath to provide my clients an office experience that is pleasant and mutually respectful experience. Filing bankruptcy is already a stressful time, and I strive to help soften that stress for my clients by providing unsurpassed personal attention to you, that I believe you will find will aid in restoring calmness and peace back to your daily routine.
