Magic Carpet & Flooring

I am locate in California and found these guys on Craigslist’s since I needed a cheap deal for a house I was selling. Boy did I get what I paid for. First the carpet look shotty and when we questioned the installer Gary, he started yelling at us. Then his business partner Gary L. called to apologize for the other Gary’s erratic behavior, but blamed it on his failing marriage, blah, blah, (crap he should not be discussing).
Since I am in CA, Gary L knew I was working with an agent (who has other clients). We came to a resolution within 72 hours (pretty good bi-​coastal), but in the interim, Gary L proceeded to call myself, my husband and my agent no less than three times a day and follow up with text messages. He leaves comments like «I am going to put a lien on your house» and «you are not a person of your word.» I have also heard «we are a small business we need the money». Then when I said that I would be sending them a check fed ex, I was told they don’t want my F%^$^ check. Now they are mad, because I decided that their lack of professionalism did not warrant the extra expense of an overnight check but a two day.
DO NOT USE, PAY A LITTLE MORE AND GET REAL PROFESSIONALS.
Furthermore, the resolution is only acceptable, but no means a great or even good job.
