We provide quality training for the Personal Care Aide training program for those wanting to make a change in their life and the lives of others. The Personal Care Aide program is an introductory course for those wanting to provide care to the elderly, sick and disabled.
This program is approved and authorized by the Department of Medical Assistance Services.
Medication Aide Training Program 32-Hour
This course meets Virginia requirements for necessary training of a non-licensed person to administer medications in Mental health and Mental Retardation (MHMR) homes and the Department of Social services according to the Code of Virginia statue 54.1−3408. Participants are instructed how to administer medications in Adult Day Cares, Adolescent Group Homes and Correctional Facilities. Our state certified trainers offer a 32-hour course using the approved curriculum in Medication Management, including the Insulin Module by the Virginia Board of Nursing.

1) Why did I start this business?
I believe whole-heartedly in Gandhi’s mantra of «Be the Change you wish to see in this World.» I’ve been a nurse for over 15 years and have worked with some great Aides and «not so good» Aides. The difference is in the training and how people learn. I want to make a change in people’s lives — directly and indirectly. I want to be the best training provider for individuals who are taking that first step into healthcare.
2) What makes me different?
What makes me different from everyone else is that I am passionate about nursing and people and I am compassionate. I take the time to listen, really listen to people — family, friends, patients — anyone that sometimes just needs an ear. Not everyone is able to do that, most of the time people are absorbed with what’s going on with them.
3) What I like most about my community.
I love Virginia Beach and Hampton Roads; I relocated from Maryland almost nine years ago. It’s peaceful here, definitely n
