It was pretty busy when I went there, but they clean the ice every so often, so it wasn’t bad. The price was okay too.

We rented the whole rink out to ourselves for my daughter’s 13th birthday. I used their party planner(Kira) to help with the details and extras we wanted. She was very helpful and lined everything up for me(pizza, balloons, etc). When we arrived the manager(Jeff) was on the ice driving the Zamboni getting it all ready. We had a party tent ready for us with a «Happy Birthday» sign and balloons. There were three large tables and chairs in there. The manager then greeted us and helped us get situated before all the kids showed up. Jeff asked my daughter what music she would like playing then got us all squared away with our skates. Everything went smoothly with no problems! The kids started arriving(the private rink rental included up to 50 people) on time and they got all the kids(39 of them) fitted for skates and on the ice promptly. The pizza arrived exactly when Kira said it would. It was from Chico’s and it was very good! All of the kids had a wonderful time and the party was a big success! I appreciate all the staff for making a memorable birthday for my daughter!

Fun date idea and a good time. Fair price with skate rental included. Smaller rink so it can get crowded but overall your skating at the oceanfront pretty cool experience.

A Great Time to Learn to Skate! Growing up in Michigan, I’ve been ice skating since I was 2yrs old. Fast forward 28yrs and I still have it on me. It wasn’t till recently that I was looking forward to going ice skating on a double date only to find out that the indoor rink in Town Center was closed and this place was opened till 10pm. After arriving the rink is rather small but that’s also what makes it so unique in a sense that it’s perfect for those that are just learning to skate or have never done it before. The admission also include the skate rental and they are the new tie skate not the cheesy rollerblade zip clip looking ice skate you get elsewhere. The surface of the ice was somewhat smooth and had a few small bumps in certain spots. I often wondered how often the ice was resurfaced with the Zamboni they have on site. The warming area wasn’t super-hot/warm but just enough to get you slightly warmed up. They also had hot chocolate and a food trailer that had different fried desserts and other foods. After briefly browsing around there looked to be 3 party tents/areas for some skating parties. As for those that don’t wish to ice skate they had a nice warm campfire with benches around in which to sit. **Overall a really nice place to ice skate when the indoor rinks aren’t open. The admission seems to be a little on the high side but for $ 12 and unlimited ice skating it’s a good deal. They do offer $ 8 military tickets through your ITT office so that’s cool. Unfortunately for me and my old man’ish self, I could only skate for an hour and a half before my legs and hips started to crap up. ~A word from the wise, Don’t walk on concrete or asphalt with your skates on, as it quickly dulls the edges of the blade.~ Cheers
