Picasso Salon & Spa officially opened under Tammy and Kim’s ownership on the 1st of September, 2010.

The culmination of two women’s lifelong dream, Picasso Salon & Spa was built as a place where high-​end beauty meets a city on the beach, where guests feel like family and employees work as a team.

This salon is great at making sure my appointment starts on time. It’s very clean and in a great area. I’ve been going to Shelly for 2 years and followed her from Ron Paul. She is the absolute best at cutting and styling curly hair. She does mine and my daughters hair. She is so patient with kids. I’ve never left disappointed. I got my daughters hair cut and mine done for $ 75.00 and that includes blow drying and styling. I will continue going here for as long as I’m in the area. Finding someone to cut my very mixed daughters hair and mine is no easy feat.

Love this place! Yesterday was my first visit. I called at 10am on a Saturday and they were able to get me in at 2pm for a cut & brow wax. Anjie did both and she was amazing! I had so many compliments on my hair from friends and coworkers. Everyone was friendly and the salon is clean and looks lovely. I will definitely be sticking with this salon from now on!

The only good thing about this salon is leaving. Absolutely the WORST customer service I’ve experienced in a salon. I was charged almost double the price quoted and when I refused to pay more than the quoted price, the owner guilted me into paying more by saying «that’s fine, you can pay less, I’ll just make the receptionist pay the difference.» Unbelievable. Not to mention my undo looked like a small child had attacked my head with bobby pins. Never ever again will I ever go near that place!

Great first visit! Based on previous reviews, I called earlier in the week & described my hair situation to the receptionist. Over twelve years in the Redmill Commons area, I previously saw three different stylists at two nearby salons until each left her respective salon… I hope it wasn’t my hair that did it. :) I have atypical Asian hair — very fine, long (passed the bra line), super wavy, lots of it, layered all over, oily at scalp, dry at ends. Along with summer high & low lights that were growing out & faded, I needed to cover up some greys. Lynn was VERY attentive to my hair history, needs & wants then took the time to suggest a myriad of color combinations for the fall. Coloring was quick, very natural and blended, then after the cut & styling my hair felt super soft & healthy. It took less time than usual for me, and the price was cheaper, too. The salon was clean & uncluttered, and the ambience was both professional & welcoming. Kudos & thanks to Lynn and all the friendly staff at Picasso!

Went today for the first time. Had an amazing experience with Renee! I wanted to chop off all my hair and she did a fabulous job. One of the very few haircuts I’ve ever had that I actually feel in love with! I will definitely be going back to see Renee.

In town on a short work trip, and after getting an unexpected day off, I decided to get my hair trimmed. My first impression of the salon was that it was very elegant and professional. I called and got a walk in appointment with Theresa. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She kept up a light and friendly conversation that never felt forced or fake. She trimmed my hair and then dried and straightened it. I appreciate how thorough she was and truly loved how soft and healthy my hair felt afterwards.

I first found Shelley at Ron Paul almost a year ago and have never been happier with my hair (EVER)!! She’s incredibly talented, super knowledgeable and very friendly. Since seeing her I’ve referred 3 other ladies I work with and all of them are addicted to Shelley’s work. Do yourself a favor and find an opening in her schedule… you won’t regret it!

I’ve lived in this area for six years and was going to someone else for my hair. Last July, in need of an emergency haircut, I was referred to Pisacco. My appointment was with Teresa and I’ve been going back to her ever since. She is amazing with cuts and coloring. Everyone at Pisacco is very friendly and happy to help.
Also, shout out to Gemma their nail tech, so sweet and her mani-​pedis last!
