Alise is a certified RKC Instructor, CrossFit Level 2 Instructor, RYT– 200 hr Yoga Instructor and a USA Weightlifting Club Coach. She has been teaching and coaching since 2003. She is known for her tough workouts, precision technique and fun motivational demeanor.
