I just got my car back, and it feels brand spankin’ new! (Insert emoji with heart eyes here) I’m so glad AAA gave me Cesare’s as an option. FYI the only other repair place they told me to go to only got 2 stars with reviews saying all kinds of shady stuff. No thank you!
It was my first time dealing with repairs on a vehicle, and Gabriel, Jordan, and James are all friendly, professional, and prompt. They put me at ease and made me feel comfortable asking any and all questions. I received an estimate the next business day, and my car was done a day earlier than expected! They even send out text message updates while your car is being repaired. Additionally, they give a lifetime warranty. Definitely go to Cesare’s if you need any work done!
Huge bonus: my car was washed with my interior polished and vacuumed. It was such a pleasant surprise!

Looking to have body work done to your vehicle in Visalia? Look no farther! Fortunately, I haven’t had to use the services of an auto body shop for many years. Unfortunately, the need finally arose.
The first thing I need to say about Ceasar’s is that it is obvious that Gabriel and his team of pros truly love their job. Gabriel went out of his way at every opportunity to make sure that I felt like I was being taken care of. The communication while my car was in his shop was phenomenal. His staff dealt with me as the customer and not the insurance company.
In my younger years, I worked in an autobody shop in exchange for nighttime use of the paint booth. I learned some of the tricks and what to look for in a shoddy job. I know the difference between good work and work that meets insurance companies minimum standards. The work that Gabriel and his team did is near perfection.
I’ll be honest, I was a little worried about getting work done on my vehicle away from my home at a shop that I was unfamiliar. However, I would be willing to drive out of my way just to go to thiz shop if ever I needed body work again.
No, I’m not friends with anyone that works there. Well, I am now. This is just an honest review of somebody who was pleased with the services that I received. See for yourself. You won’t be disappointed.

EXCEPTIONAL work, I was pleased with the quality of the work and blown away by the customer service. They kept us informed of the status of our vehicle repair and returned our car looking brand new!!! I believe in giving credit where credit is due and if I could give them more stars I seriously would!

This review is for towing. Thank you joey so much for coming to my rescue when Independent towing kept putting my call on delay. AAA has sent this company before to me back in 1996 when I locked my keys in my car and they were quick back than too! Joey was at my location in less than 20 min! Friendly, professional, and RELIABLE! Cant thank you enough!

I called AAA and they sent Joey to the rescue. They made it in a timely fashion, service was great! He was able to hook up my truck in under six minutes. Since it broke down at drive thru in front of Starbucks!
I’d highly recommend this towing company for great service !!
