Rachael’s Rascals is my favorite grooming location to take my husky pup to in Visalia. Racheal always performs a phenomenal job washing and grooming Koda, even though he can be quite of a challenge when it comes to brushing. Other groomers in town take all day to do a basic wash and groom, don’t carry-​out the grooming options I pay for, or make it a tough experience for my pup. I can always rely on Rachael and her team to make me and Koda happy :)
