I’ve had the privilege of being the trusted adviser for hundreds of home buyers in Tulare County for more than 24 years, and I’ve loved every minute of it. Established in 1978.

In 1978 All Estates REALTORS opened their doors in Visalia California. All Estates REALTORS was the top independent real estate company in Tulare County. The leaders and the company were innovative and were definitely ahead of their time.

Robert Lee has figured out the secret to success, the recipe for a lengthy and fulfilling career in the real estate business. «It’s really simple,» he says. «Over-​disclose rather than under-​disclose. List the home as if it was your very own. And, always take care of your clients first.»

He learned those important and valuable lessons from a single personal experience with buying his first home. «I realized after I bought the house that there was an awful lot the agent did NOT tell me,» he says. «They were quick to close the deal, and they didn’t necessarily have me as the top priority. I resolved to never do business like that, ever.» And, over the past two decades, the good people of Visalia have borne out Robert’s theories about how best to go about business and life. His numbers tell the story: continued growth, and the repeat business that comes with building a throng of engaged customers.
