Choy Li Fut… More like Choy Li FUN!!! I’ve taken many martial arts throughout my life and my lessons with Nick have been the most rewarding. I highly recommend training at the Choy Li Fut Academy.

I got a few private lessons from Sifu Nick, i’m sore all over and in major pain and I can’t wait to do it all over again. In the introductory lessons, he taught some basic choy lay fut forms which evolved into some great use cases for street applications. Would recommend Choy Lay Fut Academy to anyone looking for martial arts classes in which history and practical usage is emphasized.

I have been training here for about a month and I really enjoy it. I love how I get a good workout then rather than just going home and forgetting all the techniques sifu Nick takes the time to explain why we are learning this technique and what applications it can be used for. I would definitely recommend giving it a try if you are looking for a great way to get in shape and have fun while doing it.
