Once again Dr Stamos helped relieve an issue in my neck and shoulders. I had a tension headache a few days ago and noticed some extra tightness in my neck and scheduled an appointment with doctor Stamos because it has been a while since my last one. Within 15 minutes my neck was a lot looser with more range of motion. I definitely recommend for chiropractic even if its just for some checkups and maintenance. Plus their office staff is awesome… Ivette is the BEST!

I recently moved to Vista from Northern California, and I was apprehensive about finding a new chiropractor. It took me 3 or 4 last time I found one. I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Alison. She’s the perfect chiropractor for me. It’s not just about getting my alignment right, she takes time every session to talk to me about what’s going on. It feels more like I’m going to physical therapy.
I have a lot of issues, and she’s so skilled, and had me feeling better with greater range of motion within two weeks. If you have stumbled across my review, don’t hesitate. You’ve found the right practitioner.

I play hockey on a regular basis. A couple weeks ago I overdid it and found myself in unusual pain that just wouldn’t go away. I couldn’t tell if it was my hip, my back, my butt, my whatever. I called up Dr Alison and set an appointment.
I was greeted by Ivette (who is also amazing by the way), who helped me fill out the necessary paperwork. Dr Alison saw me promptly, put me through some exercises, and quickly ascertained I was a third right! I pulled an ass muscle (albeit slightly embarrassing, I was oddly proud at my ability to pull something I didn’t know I could).
She moved some stuff around, slipped me into place, and gave me some exercises to rehab me back into shape! A week later I was back on the rink, back to my old self.
If you aren’t 100% confident your chiropractor is the one for you, go see Dr Alison. You’ll never look for another chiropractor again. The experience brightened my day and left me feeling better and energized. Thank you, Dr Alison, for making me and all the rest of your folks feel great. Keep doing what you do. You are amazing!

Dr. Alison is absolutely amazing. I’m very active in MMA. and after heavy training she is always there to make sure that i am properly adjusted. The exercises that has me do really help me with preventing injuries. I always feel so much better when I leave her office.

Dr. Alison was awesome! She was able to correct my chronic back pain, which I thought was never possible. It was nice to be able to get x-​rays at the office, followed by great adjusting skills and a personalized exercise program. The combination of these set me right! I cant wait to come back. Went to visit her for some shoulder pain, she customized an exercise plan for me and now my shoulder is 100%! The plan she creates doesn’t just help your issue, it also prevents trouble in the future.

I just started seeing Dr. Stamos and can already see the care she puts into her clients and the knowledge behind her assessments.
What sets her above is the postural therapy element. I don’t just get adjusted, she gives me exercises to do each week in order to correct the issues over ten years of leaning over a microscope improperly gave me. I am really excited to see how my alignment improves!
