I asked for a quote to trim a tree at my home. I received the quote via text and we agreed on a date for the trimming by text also.
The day arrived — no one showed up. I texted the next day asking to reschedule. I never received a response.
I’m not going to waste my time with this company again.

I called off of a referral 1 a week before the appointment date. I scheduled an appointment for Friday, Oct 19^th at 11 am. for an estimate of tree removal for our new home we are closing escrow on.
I asked for an email confirmation– which I NEVER got. I called to verify the appointment on Monday, the week of. Everything was good to go.
No one ever showed. No one ever called (BTW, I left my husbands cell as the primary contact, my cell and my business phone along with my email) NO notification, no call to any of the #‘s. I called friday to see if everything was ok– giving them the benefit of the doubt that maybe there was an emergency. No answer, no return call.
I called Monday Oct 22. No answer, no return call.
I got ahold of Elizabeth today, October 23– who literally put all the «blame» on the owner, saying «he should have called…»
Yes. he should have. More importantly, she should have. She should have taken the steps to make sure that my husband didn’t go to our new home and wait for 50 minutes for someone NOT to show. Elizabeth said she emailed me– really? I didn’t get any email– and yes, I checked my spam. She didn’t email me a confirmation, let alone a cancellation.
When I spoke with her today– she asked if I wanted to reschedule– WHAT? I wanted to pay you for your services. Of which, you clearly don’t need because you couldn’t even call to cancel. Re-​schedule? No. Will I do business with them? No. Again– they don’ t need my hard earned money evidently.
This is not a professional company– they recently changed their name to Albert Tree Service– and it makes me wonder why–
