History

Established in 2007.

Bahram Shadzi, a general contractor, electrician and solar advocate started Cosmic Solar with Vice President, Judith Shadzi, in 2007 after being involved in the solar industry for a number of years. Bahram and Judith vowed to «make the customer first» and treat their client’s houses just as if they were their own.

About a decade later and over 1,500 solar installations to boast, Cosmic Solar has now evolved into a San Diego-​based solar company here to assist in your goal to become energy independent while providing super service every step of the way.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Bahram has a master of science degree in chemical engineering and material science from the University of Minnesota. His M.S. degree thesis dealt with the handling and treatment of radioactive waste from nuclear power plants. He is the author of four U.S. patents.

Over 20 years ago, Bahram decided to enter the field of home remodeling. As part of the new endeavor, he naturally gravitated toward various aspects of green building. He obtained his general contracting license from the State of California along with a C-​10 electrical license, as well as a C-​46 solar license.

Bahram has helped thousands of Cosmic Solar customers go solar by designing custom-​fit solar electrical systems for any roof type and any application and is here to assist in your goal to become energy independent.
