Been waiting for 15 minutes here. One guy named Josh doing the best he can do but this place needs more people. 5 people waiting in line right now. Will use the Escondido store from now on even though it’s 10 minutes longer in drive time.

Nice little paint store. Initially I first came here when I purchased a Groupon for $ 15 for $ 30 worth of paint. Having just moved into a new place, it was purchased for me as a gift. I went into Frazee shortly after to look through colors for accent walls and was pleased with their selection and customer service. I like that the paint is mixed promptly to order after you browse through the hundreds of colorful swatches for about a decade. Soooo many to choose from! There is often a bit of a wait while they help other customers but it’s nothing outrageous. I returned a second time recently to add some more color to the walls, same good service and product and I will be back.

The store is much smaller compared to the Dunn & Edwards further down the street. But don’t expect to find cans of paint stacked from floor to ceiling. It’s pretty much bare bones. However, the reason for the short selection is due to the fact that they mix on site. They can pretty much match up any color you bring in. This store is the preference of most handymen. While I was last in the store, I noticed 4 different guys come in for orders. I went down the street to Dunn & Edwards and they were dead. Dead I say…
