H&R Block

Absolutely horrible customer service when we came in the first time the lady told me I owed money witch I never had to owe before so when I said I wanted a 2^nd opinion she got a attitude with me. When I found out by myself that I owed I can back and had another lady named lupe witch pulled up all my files that were supposed be deleted hmm that’s sketcy anyways when she told me owed she tried to charge us a $ 90; fee for «h and r block» fee when we told her that was she to much she said my car doesn’t run on water we need to get paid! omg I are never been so mad. We told her we were not going to go through with it and she persisted telling my husband that If I am not worth the $ 90 fee. Anyways we paid the irs for $ 8 on the irs website so before you go here look on
and play online for $ 8 not this $ 90 shit for there fat asses to sit and press a button. Side not the girl in the front told my husband there is a playground across the street since your little one is a wild smh never again will I return!

Came here again and decided to try it one more time. I did my taxes at home and decided to come in and see if H&R could help me get a little more back, after they entered my 4 W-2’s which took me 20 mins at home (40 mins for them) they got the exact refund I had gotten doing it free at home and they tried to charge me 89.99. Do it at home and save your money + time. This place is a disaster, we were interrupted several times during our taxes as well.

I absolutely loved the customer service Margaret M. gave me. I have a very talkative bouncy three year old that likes to butt in if no one is talking to her, and she was very patient with us. Coming in there nervous, since I’m nervous for everything, she made me feel very welcomed and had no problem explaining things to me twice if I didn’t get it or hear her due to my three year old. She gave me some very helpful information and was kind enough to let me come back and make another apt since I needed some additional information that I left in Texas (I have three months living in Cali). When I came back we confidently finished my tax return and I was very pleased with everything. I can’t wait to come back next year and have her to help me again!

You either look forward to or dread taxes each year. This year was the first time I had filed jointly with my new husband since we had just gotten married almost a year prior.
We made an appointment and arrived early only to be told the computers were down and it would be a while until they were fixed, so we rescheduled for two hours later and came back.
I wish I could remember the name of the woman who did our taxes, but she did them fairly quickly and was sure to go over all the details so we understood what she was doing. She offered us extra add-​ons that would help us out, without being pushy. She also informed us that if we had made it in during the month of February, it would have been free to file a simple tax return. Good to know for next time!
We made it out alive and had our tax return in the bank about a week and a half later. I would definitely do my taxes here again.
