J & H Glass, Inc

We just had a glass shower door installed. They were friendly and courteous, but took several smoke breaks during the 2 ½ hour job and left multiple piles of dirt in the shower and on the tile floor. The door looks great though. I haven’t had the opportunity to use it yet.

I recently needed a window in my home replaced after it had been broken from a baseball my boys lost control of. I called J&H Glass after I had called two other glass companies because their prices were too high. The owner was fantastic! His price was a little more than 30% cheaper than the others and he was able to have someone out to my home in the same day! Couldn’t ask for better service and better pricing! The window looks great!

I needed to use this business and when I map quested them it sent me to the opposite end of town because they are no longer at that location
When I called I was given the correct address and headed back across town. Needless to say I wanted to
Know why google maps wasn’t accurate and the owner mentioned that I was complaining and that no one else has ever mentioned it
Huh ??? I’m assuming they dont get alot of new business, because if my clients had to go on a wild goose chase to find me, I would have no business
He reminded me that in the past he had given me the correct address and I should have remembered

As if he was the only thing I had on

It want necessarily that I had wasted an hour of my time driving to
Non existent locations, more than it seemed to be my only my problem
And no one else’s
Won’t recommend them or ever go back
This is the second glass company I have had a rotten experience with

he did try to apologize after he saw I was pissed but it was a IM SORRY BUT,

Recently a large living room window belonging to a friend broke. I called a few different glass vendors around town and J&H glass was about forty percent less than the others. They had the glass pane ready the same day. I went down to pick it up and was happy to find out it was a locally owned family business, that has been at the same address for over thirty years. They have a really cool showroom for all types of glass applications. Everyone was super polite and helpful.
