History

Established in 1991.

JRP started helping home owners with repairs and remodels, and the need for a qaulity Lath & Plastering contractor that would not only take the bigger jobs, but still be willing to handle the smaller jobs as well. By the late 90’s JRP had built a strong reputation as Lucrative contractor, handling not only Residential and commercial, as well as Government projects, from Schools to Churches, and the fast food Leaders such as IN&OUT, MCDONALDS and JACK IN THE BOX. to name a few.

Having the privilage to work with Major manufacturers such as Lahabra, Expo as well as Rapidset products, we were able to develope new strategies and set new industry standards and performance.

We are continuing to grow and stay informed on new product developments to provide our customers with not only great performance but the latest and best products available today.

JRP Plastering has been serving all of San Diego County As a Licensed and Bonded company since 1991. Prior to starting JRP, our President and Operations Manger Joseph R. Posladek trained as an apprentice since the age of 16 and learned his trade from the inside out. Starting with installation of lath and water proofing, he soon became one of San Diego’s leading journeyman plasterers.

With a respected background knowledge and hands on experience, he has perfected his trade and has strived to educate and train his staff, keeping his company performing to the best and highest standards possible.

Joseph has been approved as a Synthetic Applicator, also known in the Industry as EIFS applicator. He is also certified and uses acrylic fibered cement and All Rapid Set cements for when time saving is a factor. To date Joseph still continues to produce and oversee all jobs and keep up with all current products to provide the best outcome for every job.
