When I refer my buyers to Henry and Melanie at Movement Mortgage, I know that my buyers will receive great rates, and even better service.
My buyer «Stacy» needed to close quickly. She was losing her rental residence, and wanted to buy. She found her dream home, and we got her offer accepted. 8 days later, Movement had her loan funded and she was moving into her new home! The listing agent called me after the closing, and remarked «If I hadn’t seen it myself, I wouldn’t believe that you could close a deal in 8 days».

Henry and Melanie the dynamic duo! My wife and I just bought our first home with the help of Henry and Melanie over at Sierra Pacific Mortgage. They made the home buying process easy to understand and more importantly they made it seem fun. When beginning the home buying process I was expecting it to be stressful, arduous, and time consuming. Between buying a home, refinancing, selling my home, and now my children buying their first homes, I can tell you HE IS LEGIT, professional, and always has the best interest of his clients! I’ve had some terrible experiences in the past with other Mortgage «professionals», most of the time they just wanted to get me approved and put me in a home. They really didn’t take the time to educate me on the most important purchase of my life.
Henry will make sure you fully understand your loan terms or he will review again with you and make sure you understand every step of the way. Henry has not helped my friends and family purchase a home, and they all loved the way he walked them through the buying process.
There are many «mortgage loan professionals» that say they can help you, henry is the only one i know that gets the work right the first time. I can always count on him when i have a question regarding home loans, or real estate.
