I’m not a huge fan of Chinese food unless it’s «mall Chinese food» that’s why I like this place so much. I love that the employees are so nice and greet you. Today the young lady at the front was particularly nice. The food isn’t gourmet but I like the flavors. Especially the orange chicken and chow mein. Also I like that you can donate your change. It’s great to see a large chain doing something to give back! I’ll continue to drop in and donate my change when I can!

Our daughter loves the Panda. Fast in, fast out. Decent food for the speed. Friendly service, efficient. Clean inside: floors, tables and chairs — but we always take it out. I always check ice machines and soda dispensers at self service joints for cleanliness — three visits, looking good. No issues with order, more than enough food — too much. Little on the salty side. 4 of 5 Based on similar dining environments.

Love this place. We don’t get to eat it as much as I’d like because my daughter who loved their orange chicken is vegan now. If they had vegan food wed eat there once a week. They do have vegetarian food though and that’s awesome.

Worst Panda Express to go to ever. I always get my niece a small box of white rice and noodles and they tried to tell me I had to buy a large one or a 2-plate entrée. That’s bs, I go to Panda Express all the time and they always give us what we want except for this one. This place is a joke. I walked out and told them I will never return to their restaurant there. I can’t believe they gave me trouble for two small box orders of white rice and noodles for my 4 year old niece. This place disgusted me!!! They are all about ripping people off it seems.

This is the WORSTSTORE they have in North County. The staff act like one family of people who hate being there every second and the manager blows you off with RUDE comments and a horrible attitude. The food is always incredibly dry compared to any other Panda Express. I actually like the food a lot but it’s hard to stomach the sauceless, burnt food that consistently comes out of this place. I couldn’t think of a more failed job by a district manager to manage the staffing at this location. It’s obvious even compared to the reviews of other store locations.

It’s what you would expect from any Panda Express. If you’ve ever been to one, it’s pretty much the same everywhere. The food is yummy and the service is nice. There isn’t much more to say but I guess I could comment on how the place is always very clean and I enjoy it there. :)

The good ol American Chinese food. Its good when your really craving Chinese food. But i am a little skeptical about this place. Theres alot of corn starch on everything and chicken seems undercooked a bit. But they started giving better portions which i can dig. Lol. When you are starving you dont want them counting how much rice they put on your plate. Roadway to Unilocal elite

I used to come here all the time and loved it they recently changed managers and have since been very disappointed. I twice never received my teriyaki sauce but continued to go as people make mistakes and do forget things. I went in today and received less chow mein with an entrée then I do with a kids meal even the gentel man in front of me made a comment. when I asked for a little more I received dirty looks and attitude. I again had to remember my teriyaki sauce as they didn’t and also forgot the cookie to the kids meal I ordered as none were sitting out and the girl never even bothered to go get one even after I asked. bottom line I’m very disappointed with the customer service I’ve received and will no longer be coming o this location will go a little further for better service and better food.

It used to be good. Everything taste kinda dry or over cooked. My sons orange chicken didn’t have hardly any chicken, mostly small fried skins I think and was hard to chew. And the noodles tasted dry. Taste like totally different noodle’s.

I visit this panda express religiously! I love it! Great customer service, great tasting food & the feel and look of this restaurant is great too! Their portion size is matched perfectly with the prices! Five stars all day!

As an Asian American I feel I should wear big sunglasses and a floppy hat when I come here to protect my identity and avoid dishonoring my family. Unfortunately in North County, Panda Express is the least of the two evils when it comes to faux fast food. Far better than Pick Up Stix, but I only go here when I absolutely have to such as when the kids are starved and we’re coming home from sports and they’re craving Orange Chicken. You can get tastier Orange Chicken from Costco in the frozen food section, but when it’s a zillion degrees outside who wants to turn on the oven? Tonight the rice was dry, inedible dry. It’s getting 2 stars because the employees greet you when you walk in even if they’re in the middle of serving other customers or cooking. It’s not their fault I don’t like it. But then how many Hispanics go to Taco Bell? For what it is, it’s okay. But if you have more time and want real Chinese go to Chin’s or Golden Dragon(I haven’t tried Spicy King yet).

I love this place! My son and I love panda express but we know some place doesn’t taste right. However this place is so friendly and clean also food taste is so good. All food serve warm and fresh. Especially the people who work there are so energetic and kind, even wipe table for us before we sat down. That’s why i keep coming back this place unless there’s another one close by my place. Thank you for great work!

Went in to grab a quick meal with my husband and actually had a manager help us. He was all smiles and very friendly. Would highly recommend this Panda Express if you’re in the area. Fast friendly service… what more could you want?

I’m(was) a regular customer on this location until yesterday, me and my husband are suffering since this morning from a very bad upset stomach. We had the Beijing beef and the orange chicken. Will never go there again.

«HAAAIIIII — WELCOMETOMYPANDA!» Get used to hearing that from behind the counter when you walk in. Despite culture crisis with the contemporary Japanese muzak, American Chinese food, and Spanish being spoken behind the counter, the food is solid and typical of Panda. I’m not expecting authentic Schezwan cuisine when I eat here, but man, I can’t enough of those cream cheese rangoons. My staple here is the Walnut Shrimp. Super sweet and tasty. The only reason why this isn’t a 4 – 5 star place is the price. Panda store manager/corporate: you can’t get away with charging as much as you do… there are other more authentic Americanized Chinese fast food joints that charge less and load that box to the point of where the attendant’s gotta use body weight and the tongs to force the overflowing noodles into the to-go box. Improve your price and I’ll improve my rating!

I really enjoy chinese food and ever since the Panda Express off of Sycamore ran Chins Express out of business, I have been forced to eat at Panda Express. My main problem is simply that I rarely feel like I get what I pay for. I understand that a Panda Bowl does not have as much foro as a 2 entrée, but giving me half a scoop or a quarter of a scoop on top of a ton of rice just is not what I am paying over $ 5 for. However, I do eat at this location constantly and have rarely had bad quality food. I’m a sucker for the Kung Pao chicken. It’s so clean and usually friendly. Also, save your recipet! Call before you head in with that old recipet and you get a free entrée with purchase of a 2 entrée.
