Sandi Buckingham did a GREAT job selling our house. She sold it for $ 11,000 OVER asking price in a VERY competitive market. Sandi was always very prompt for meetings and Open Houses. She did a great job of strategizing our open houses to allow for the maximum number of visitors –she even stayed nearly an hour past the cut-​off time when people showed up late! Sandi also did a phenomenal job with the marketing materials –she handled all of the photography and her brochures came out perfectly. Did I mention she went door-​to-​door handing out fliers? Sandi won’t stop until your house is sold! Great smile, wonderful personality –I personally recommend her 100%!
