We had Thompson’s Xtreme Cleaning come out and fix what the bigger, more advertised company messed up! With our last cleaning, the other company didn’t extract fully and our carpets stunk so bad. Their solution was to spray deodorizer and that was it. Also, the dirt came right back within days. I didn’t want them touching my carpet again… we were referred to Travis from a friend and he came out and saved the day!
Our home smells much better and our carpets look great :)

Such a great job! This is the only company that my family uses. Carpets dry in half the time when compared to the old company we use to use and the customer service is outstanding.

He is one of the best carpet and floor cleaning professionals we have worked with. Our recent job with him was for our travertine floors that needed to be cleaned and polished. Called Travis on a recommendation of a neighbor. I am very glad I called. I had been so disappointed with the condition of my carpet that I was ready to pull it out. But since I can’t afford new floors I thought I would at least try to salvage them. Travis did a great job and managed to get out some really tough stains. He was quick, professional, and the price was extremely fair. Unlike many large corporate companies, despite my house being tiny, he was still willing to take the job. I’ll definitely be calling him in the future, but this time I won’t wait so long!

I just moved to a new house in Encinitas and the tile floors were pretty grim… no amount of scrubbing would do the job, that was clear. On a recommendation, I contacted Thompson’s for a professional clean and had a fantastic experience. Travis showed up time, and had the right equipment and experience to do the job… perfect results in a couple of hours! I was impressed, Thompson’s came in at the low end of the estimate, and took great care during the job… he even used shoe covers when walking on the clean floor! And the floors came out great, nice work.
Great job, very happy… would definitely use Thompson’s again!
