Everywhere I called about an oil change quoted me 3+ hours. TriCity had was finished with my fiat in just over an hour. Really great customer service. Everyone I spoke to, including the owner, was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
2 places I had called previously talked about additional bogus services/​charges that I «needed» with the oil change. (I’m assuming because I’m a woman they thought I didn’t know what an oil change actually entails). TriCity was upfront and when I spoke to them about other services to see how they would respond, they answered honestly, no BS, and quoted very competitive prices. 10⁄10 would recommend and will definitely be going there again for future service.

I came in for an alignment. I’m the type of person that likes to be explained everything, even when I know nothing about that topic. They explained everything to me, without making me feel like a clueless dumbass.
They were fast, and I didn’t feel like they were charging exorbitant prices for things.

They tried to repair my tire free of charge even though they were busy as heck.
I had 2 of my tires replaced there and they did the work within hours. Price was less than a tire shop in the area I had been to.
I had my power steering fluid replaced, and he told me a way to save money. They were honest and reliable, which is important in a mechanic.
Their prices are probably average, but their work and honesty is top notch. Anytime you see Porsches and Mercedes in the garage, you know your mechanic is trusted and knows what he/she’s doing.
If/​when I purchase another used car, I“ll be going back to these guys to give it a once over.

I noticed a large cut in my tire yesterday. Came in to Tri-​City Tire this morning to have it looked at, fully expecting to have to buy a new tire. The guy looked at it and honestly told me it wasn’t that bad (it only cut into the top layer of rubber, and was still very safe to drive on). He told me he wouldn’t even worry about it. I said I’d keep an eye on it and make sure it didn’t get any worse. He told me what warning signs to watch for if it did ever start to get worse or was about to break. I was ready to pay and he could’ve easily taken my money, but his honesty about this being a non-​necessary repair has instead made me a lifelong loyal customer. I will definitely be back here whenever I need something inspected or fixed in the future. This is how business should be done. Be honest with your customers, treat them with respect, charge them only for what they need. These guys do it right!

If you are looking for an honest, reliable and trustworthy mechanic then come to Tri-​City Tire & Automotive and speak with Robert the owner. I was referred to him by Frank at the WTB muffler shop Monday. I got my tires rotated and balanced for just $ 27.01 in thirty minutes. Mossy Nissan wanted to charge me $ 50 plus tax!!! Even though I just bought my brand new Juke from them 6 months ago. Today I am going back to Robert with my other Nissan to have all my brakes changed for much lower than what Nissan would charge. Screw the corporate world always wanting to fatten their own wallets instead of looking out for us middle class. Thanks again Robert! I’ll be seeing you soon.

I am so pleased with the professionalism and manner in which my car and family was take care of. I walked in with a need for a radiator on my 2008 Town & Country. Robert and his team diagnosed my problem and it was just that. Roberts additional recommendations were spot on with my car’s needs, I trusted his advice and did 2 additional jobs (Exhaust manifold and tire sensor). Walked out of there paying some of the best prices in town. They will not be beat. They want to work and they react in that way. You have to love an owner who gets to the shop before the others to clean his own lobby. He takes pride and loves what he does. He knew I had 5 kids at home and he let me drive my van home to get to my wife. I then got a ride back to make a payment on the services. You will not find anyone like Robert and his team. This same job was going to take 2 – 3 days in labor and ordering the parts with another automotive repair shop. He had the parts there the same day delivered. LET him buy the parts you need, he passes on the savings to you and the work in guaranteed for 12 months or 12,000 miles.

This place is great. I just moved here from the bay area and i met Robert. As soon as i walked in, I knew i can trust him. He told me they run a diagnosis (which EVERYONE should get one) and he was able to determine the problem. Not only did he fix the issue, but he also suggest a couple of things and told me we can work on it later. A Honest and a Very great guy to work with. There was no pressure to do anything, I recommend him totally!

Came in for oil change and transmission service, rob and his team checked and showed me that it wasn’t necessary as fluid still looks good. Asked about few items i noticed on my car and he explained what the causes were and advised how to fix. Feels good to know they have your best interest in mind. First time here and ill surely be back. Reasonably priced and quick service. Check them out.

Excellent service! Got a nail in my run-​flat tire and the dealer wanted $ 400 for a new tire. Dropped in here on a busy Saturday without an appointment, and they fixed my tire for $ 15 in about 10 minutes. Will definitely recommend this place to all of my friends :-)

i literally live rite across the street from these guys, and i’ve never had an issue with them from the first time i walked in until recently. I tried being cheap and going to pep boys down the street (horrible mistake) and i always end up bringing my car rite back because these are some of the most honest mechanics i’ve found since being in California. Shout out to the owner Robert and his mechanic Gus, both genially good people with great prices. Highly recommended

My 4-​runner that’s got over 280,000 miles on it was fully-​serviced there 2 – 3 weeks ago and oil leak problem/​front engine seal finally taken care of – runs beautifully again! Very professional and friendly. My husband, who is a highly respected civil engineer, really liked the manager and I would totally recommend them to my family and friends. We’ll be bringing our van there for its’ next servicing.

I went here to get my tire fixed. My boyfriend found the place & called ahead, to make sure they could fit me in immediately, because I was on my way to class. I had no idea what was wrong with the tire, but I would add air to it in the morning & by the evening, it was almost flat again. I got there at 8:55am, they took my car to the back, took the nail out & repaired the tire. I was out of there 10 minutes & $ 15 later. Amazing! They were SO quick! They were SO friendly, especially the receptionist. He even gave me a company pen with a flashlight on it :-) I will be back with my next car problem! I definitely recommend this place.

I don’t take the best care of my car and that’s why I’ve been coming here for years, they always take care of me every single time. If you’re coming in for a quick oil change, make sure you call ahead to see of they’re not too busy doing work on other car repairs. Sometimes if it’s a quick job, i.e. oil change, they’ll put that before any other repair
