Wings N Things

Zero stars in my book. Came here for 12 wings and it took me over 30 mins to get my order. The cashier couldn’t be bothered that I was waiting all the while everyone else was getting their wings after I had ordered. Once I get my wings my wife and I realized the wings were cold. I came back and gave it to the manager and he said to me I guess it was just lost in que. The whole staff just seemed over it and didn’t care about customers at all. They redid the order but after waiting yet another 20 mins…12 wings… not coming here again

Super disappointed. I got a buffalo salad that was ok, and my boyfriend got the worst buffalo fries he’s ever gotten, I took one bite and spit them out. They were a weird stale texture they tasted like they had been out all day then reheated in the microwave. Sadly it was a carry out order so we didn’t want to go back. It’s was a slow night but that doesn’t excuse bad quality. The staff is awesome, the bread is amazing and my salad was edible so I’ll give some them stars for that.

The best, always the best. In fact I am heading there now. I love this place. it is so good.
From Service to food it is all 5 stars.

Food is delicious no complaints on that service is exceptional girl at the counter was really nice the place is clean and they play music so it’s not so quiet in there while you’re eating their really good wings. I wish they had garlic Parmesan wings but they just have garlic liens which is just minced garlic on top or some deep-​fried wings

I am a big fan of buffalo chicken but I got a buffalo chicken salad here and I could barely finish it because the buffalo sauce was all over the lettuce. I wish I would have asked for it on the side. Although the chicken was good but I don’t know if I will be back at this location. The cashier was friendly but didn’t know half the questions I asked and took long to take orders. She even answer the phone which she took a call order while I was ordering. I must say that she was only person at the front during a busy time (during dinner).

Wing are great so is the food and great customer service. They even offered a water cup while I waited. I ordered a family meal at reasonable rate. Down part the wait time is more then 20 mins for your order.

Service was good and food was great.
My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the high chairs were nasty dirty/​sticky and I didn’t want to put my kid in one. Also, there as no diaper changing table in the bathroom. Huge women’s bathroom with plenty of wallspace for a changing table.
Great food but I always find it disappointing when places don’t make it easy to bring your kids.

I’m no wing expert, but I love this place. I actually only order the strips. Which are delicious. I’ve been eating here at least twice a week lately it’s sooo good. Meals come with breadsticks and carrots/​celery.

NEVER AGAIN. Where do I begin, well a few days ago my girlfriend placed a takeout order only to arrive and find out that our order had been given away to someone else and she had to wait an additional 20 minutes! Half way through my meal I am struck with overwhelming disgust as what appears to be a CHICKEN HEAD is staring at me from my plate, beak still in tact. I instantly lost my appetite and chills ran down my back. I was unable to contact Wings N Things for 2 days due to my work schedule only to arrive and be told that it is a chicken wing and that I am mistaken. I was furious for the fact that I had never been more disgusted in my life and that we paid good money only to find a chicken head in our meal! The supervisor Sean proceeded to tear apart the so called wing (without my consent) claiming that’s how they are as I stood there in front of him. After a short discussion he agreed to refund the credit to my girlfriends card and I left. (He asked for the complete card number and expiration date which I found strange) but never again will I eat at this establishment. This was an experience I will not forget.

This place used to be run by young adults, they would mess around but it’s my first time seeing a grown man take charge. The wings are great except sometimes they are either way too wet or dry. My breadstick is almost never brushed with Garlic butter which is a bummer! I picked up an order today of wings today, they’re good, my bread wasn’t brushed but that’s the least of it. Still an ok place.

My friend and I went here the other day and had a very bad experience before we even ordered. First of all, I went to use the restroom and it smelled like someone had been smoking a pack of cigarettes! Then, we go to order and the lady working at the front just walked away after we were ready to order and was in the back for at least 10 minutes probably smoking her other pack of cigarettes in the bathroom. We were so annoyed that we ended up just leaving because she was taking so long!

My husband grew up in Vista Ca so every time we visit from Las Vegas, we always stop by to grab a bite of wings here. Very good sauce and they do take a while since they’re fresh.

Not one of my favorite locations it’s ran by a bunch of kids that are rude and have terrible customer service. The wings have no flavor what so ever and the sale you stale fries and refry them and tell you there fresh. The location is not to busy but service is slow. I try not to come to this location because for the price you don’t get much but bad food.

I love this franchise but hated my experience at this location.
–employees more focused on screwing around with each other than actually working and focusing on customers
–my order was taken wrong and the second item that was brought out to me was 90% batter.
Overall not a good experience

Got the family meal and was pretty tasty. The wings were cooked well and great flavor. Bread sticks are our favorite. One downside is when you order over the phone no matter when you arrive to pick up you have to wait. But I guess I can’t complain because the food is always hot and fresh!

Absolutely love this place! Wish I can come here all the time. Employees are always nice to me and the food is soooo good! Definitely my go to place.

I always come here for lunch. Love the mini meal chicken strips sweet chili and garlic or the buffalo fries!!!

I love this place. I love that there are so many choices of sauce. I started out with plain and now I’m up to medium buffalo. Maybe next time I will go for hot. I always get the chicken strips, they are breaded so nicely and they are always nice and juicy. Chicken kinda creeps me out, so I appreciate that they use white meat and they drench it in sauce so I don’t have to focus on anything other than flavor. The meal includes two bread sticks and carrots and celery which makes a rather nice meal for 8 bucks.
My only complaint is probably irrational. I swear when I used to come here years ago the chicken was twice the size. I stopped going for several years because I moved out of the area, so it’s probably all in my head but still. And the meal is filling, even though the chicken is small.

Honestly I love this place. I’m such a wing fan and this place is awesome! They have a very small and simple menu but its verso tile enough to adhere to almost everyone’s taste buds.
Personally I love their traditional buffalo wings with the hot flavoring of sauce. I always get double carrots because I hate celery and they are always accommodating of that which is awesome. Their breadsticks are nothing impressive but it is nice to have some bread to relieve some heat if you get hot wings!
Their buffalo chicken bread sticks are to die for!!! You can get the chicken in any flavor which I get hot because I’m obsessed. They are the effect balance of bread to cheese to chicken to heat. Yummmmm.

Grabbed takeout from this location tonight. Place was packed. Food was much better this time around.
