I had my pool installed just a little over four years ago with the Aqualink system just change my router out yesterday and it went offline called them today and they were more than helpful getting it back online very patient with me

Just like Todd W from Carlsbad I too bought a Zodiac pool system because of the $ 100 rebate. The card has expired and is still attached to the paper that it came with. I called Zodiac and they didn’t really care about the expired card and told me they couldn’t do anything about it even though I bought their product. Thank you Zodiac for the rude customer service. I went back to the pool store where I purchased it and they recommend that I go to Unilocal and let other people know about their service.

Jandy heaters are the absolute worst heaters on the market, — my opinion. The heaters have a high rate of failure, absolutely no support from the Zodiac on getting replacement parts or even a return phone call. They tend to change product all the time, then discontinue a product — then replacement parts are not available. REALLY! Do not purchase a Jandy Heater.

I bought a ZODIAC POOL cleaner because it had a $ 100 dollar rebate and the pool store recommended it. The Pool cleaner has been working great. However, please know they will send you the $ 100 rebate in the form of a debit card that expires 3 months after you get it. When I tried to use it, surprise it had expired
When I first called to see if the company would reissue the card I got the run around and the hand-​off. However, I finally was contacted by Zodiac after they read my review on Unilocal.They kindly agreed to re-​issue the rebate card. I appreciate that they reached out and finally took care of what should be a minor customer service issue.
Note to Zodiac. Keep your customers happy. Customer service is important. Honor your rebates and don’t put a time limit on them. A happy customer will refer you more business. Because you finally honored the rebate I change my review to 5 stars.
