Management is inconsistent, as you will see new teachers in and out on a weekly basis. There is one teacher in the infant and toddler room that is very trustworthy, and the rest are changing all of the time for all different reasons. It’s very difficult to trust a daycare center that cannot keep teachers for more than 1, 2 or 3 weeks at a time.
In addition, the lady at the front desk is very passive, and she doesn’t take concerns with care, but rather as a hassel and does not relay the correct information to the actual owner of the daycare center, so everything is misunderstood, and there is no direct communication going on here. They also focus a lot on telling you how much they love your child, but their actions just do not do those statements justice.
The daycare center is well-​maintained inside and clean most of the time, so I cannot complain on that end. There were a few icy nights I picked my child up though, and almost fell with him on the ramp outside the door.
The management team has also failed to notify parents of incidents between the children on several occassions, and fails to properly address these incidents and continues to make promises they just cannot keep.
The price is right when you enroll at first, if what you are concerned about is a budget, but bear in mind that they do not honor loyal clients and they will raise your tuition rates over time.
My thought is that the parents who are leaving positive comments, are probably the ones who have no idea whats actually going on inside of the center while they are at work all day, and don’t pay enough attention to the staff’s behaviors to ask questions.
