My boyfriend and I went into this location yesterday looking for some probiotics. We asked the sales associate where the probiotics were and then she proceeded to show us. As we were looking at the different kinds they had my boyfriend noticed the sales associate watching us the whole time as we were browsing. I asked her what probiotics she recommended out of the two options I had and she told us which one was the most popular. As my boyfriend was checking out at the cash register I went over to check out the hair products. My boyfriend noticed that while he was checking out, the same sales associate was looking over her shoulder watching me. When we got into our car we saw the sales associate go over to the hair product section where I just was and was looking to make sure I didn’t steal anything. I have come in with my sister who is in her 30’s before and we have never felt uncomfortable shopping at this store. I have worked in retail and understand store security, but my advice to this store is if you guys are really worried about people stealing then put up security cameras or at least tell the sales associates to make it less noticeable. Yes, my boyfriend and I are in our early 20’s but that does not mean we are there to steal stuff. My boyfriend owns his own business and does very well for himself. I just graduated college and have a full time job. I believe the service towards us was discriminating and judgmental. You know the saying«don’t judge a book by its cover» I recommend you follow that. I called the store today to talk to the store manager to let him know about our experience and he wasn’t apologetic at all and seemed to not care. My boyfriend and I will not be coming back here in the future and will advise friends and family not to do so as well. Why would anyone want to come into a store where they feel like they are being watched the whole time? Not me! Also, why the hell if anything would I want to steal vitamins and supplements… I suggest you work on your customer service.

**Update 9/1/2015** So I’ve been doing the lions’ share of my vitamin shopping here at this store(and occasionally the SS on 148⁄8 in Bellevue and the Kenmore store, too at time), but today I found out how inflexible this store is when it comes to honoring thier coupons: I had a 20% off your entire purchase coupon which expired last night at midnight. My bad, I know, for not using it in time(was planning to redeem it yesterday but a family issue arose which prevented me from getting to the store). I need my Quest bars as my stash has run out(!), and this store has a wonderful selection of them. I called and was told that no, they cannot honor this coupon as it has expired, but wow, the Quest bars are on sale starting today for a whopping 19 cents off per bar! Today is my lucky day! lol! I was told I should also soon be getting another coupon for a percentage off my order if I spend $ 75. Well, I’m not planning on spending $ 75 on protein bars. I have exclusively shopped at SS for a long time, but sorry, I won’t do so again, if they are so inflexible as to not honor a coupon 12 hours after its redeemable date. I see Trader Joe’s has these Quest bars at their stores, and thier selling price is better that SS, even with the whopping SS sale, and Amazon carries them for much less as well. (SS, note that most stores these days honor thier coupons well past the«redeem by» dates on them. Bed, Bath & Beyond and PetCo honor their coupons MONTHS afterwards, and Macy’s does as well. You’d be wise to do likewise, or you risk losing more of your loyal customers like myself).

They have everything you need in regards to supplements. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, gain weight, clear up your skin, get the cure for the flu or fight a hangover, they have it all. Plus, customer service is on point! And Bobby has a smile that can brighten anyone’s day.

reasonable prices on the Rescue Remedy I should own stock in. PLUS they were doing aura readings with this awesome looking machine that I couldn’t resist — and turned me on to Body and Brain yoga, which may be the best decision I have made in years.

They have the worst customer service. I was just few weeks late from returning protein cookies and I just wanted to exchange not get my money back. They won’t do it. Terrible service. NEVERGONNASHOPHEREAGAIN!

This store never disappoints. They’ve got a ton of variety, plus well-educated staff who are always on the ball. I went in asking about probiotics and learned a ton. I have a lot of confidence in the staff’s ability to help me find the best supplements for my budget.

If you are a foodie, you must come here! Why? Because Super Supplements have Tea Tree Therapy toothpicks. I never leave home without my personal TTT toothpicks. It is made with Birchwood and is infused with Tea Tree so it provides minty optimal oral hygiene when you pick the food between your teeth. It also has long lasting flavor so it can be an aid to those who are giving up smoking. Only cost less than $ 3.59 for 100TTT toothpicks. They also have other health products but mainly I come here for the TTT toothpicks. The service was friendly and very efficient but I already knew what I wanted and help myself without needing any help other then to pay for it at the cashier area. Pro Tip: You can also order the TTT toothpicks SS website online for $ 1.99 + shipping for you out of towners.
