Update: Since we had a good experience with out skylight, we called them for a roof leak issue. They have been a nightmare. Since they «fixed» our problem, the leak is about 2x as bad. We called several times and they claim to have sent someone out, though there is no evidence anyone has ever been here. They obviously didn’t fix the problem, but we are left to wait until the next rain to see how bad the leak is. At that point, I plan on taking them to small claims court to get our money back so we can hire someone to actually fix the problem.
