These guys are kind, professional, and great at what they do. I had such a great experience with them this morning, I had to come write a review.
A few weeks ago, I dropped my touch screen laptop, resulting in a pretty bad crack across the screen. In a panic, I rushed to Geek Squad, who promptly referred me here. I walked in, explained my problem, and asked for advice. The gentleman at the desk looked up the cost of the replacement screen if I ordered through them but did not pressure me to buy it there. In fact, he assured me that if I supplied the replacement part myself, they would install it for $ 40.
I ordered the replacement screen myself and brought it in this morning around 10am. I was told the computer would be ready for pick up by late this afternoon or, worst case scenario, tomorrow morning. I got a call to pick it up around 2pm! Got my computer back and it is in perfect working order, touch screen and all!
These guys saved my life. I will definitely be coming back for future computer needs!

These folks are the best. They totally understand my needs, and constructed a computer to meet those requirements. That computer has been upgraded twice and continues to serve me well. I’ve had a few repair issues over the course of several years and they are always fast to assist and very reasonably priced.

This is a great place to take your computer when it needs repair. They’ve always managed to fix mine and at a very reasonable price. Not too much in the way of selection of computers or parts, but the service is excellent.
