GI Lewis Heating & Air Conditioning

On Sunday August 2 our air condition stop running we called gl Lewis who installed our whole unit in July 2014. we are told they do not do warranty work on the week ends to call back on Monday so on Monday we called they said they would be out that day the man arrived at 6:30 pm took the inside blower out and said the whole thing would have to be replaced than the owner called the next day to tell us it was out of warranty so we called the factory they told us it was a 2 year warranty and they called to gl Lewis to tell them it was a 2 year warranty gl Lewis then called and said they would installed a new motor when the service guy got here he said he spot welded the bracket on the existing cage tested the motor it ran so he put the. same motor back in when we started it it made a loud noise so he duck tape something and said that should take care of the noise then wrote out a ticket for charges of 209.00 dollars we told him we would him we would settle with the owner tomorrow wed sept 5 we went for three days in 100 degree weather to be told if it breaks down we will have to pay another labor fee and service. call my question is why did they not fix it right on Tuesday so we won’t to worry about it every day. I would not recommend using this company EVER they do not stand behind there workmen ship or there products
