While driving across Texas from California and in Waco and with just 2500 miles under the hood of my new Subaru, my engine light came on, late on a Saturday afternoon… I pulled into Kwik Kar Lub & Tune on N Valley Mills and was quickly helped.
The staff welcomed me and gave great attention to my car and my Aussie, Carlos, who was in great need of it (attention!) They had me in and out in less than 10 minutes with my oil and fluids checked and filled and refused payment. I insisted, and paid the two young gentlemen that helped me even though I was told that they were «simply glad to help a traveler» as I was «mammed» left and right. It was a great experience. I love Waco.

After going to another place (poor customer service before they ever did any work) I found this place to have my daughters car tuned up before leaving her off for college. Super professional and clean.
The staff seemed genuinely concerned about my daughter’s safety and getting the car in good shape. They didn’t try to up sell us anything we didn’t need which was nice.
We will be sure to return here anytime service is needed while she is here in Waco.

First positive impression was clean waiting room… second, I was only half way through reading Waco Today magazine when y’all tell me my car is ready (from full oil change service). I had to ask twice to make sure I understood y’all right. I’m impressed! I will never go back to the one in Hewitt ever again. You’ll be pleased to know that I’ll be back :)

Absolutely the nicest folks in town! Always friendly and FAST! We take all our cars to Kwik Kar Lube — they do state inspections as well. Never received such great service! Thanx
