Tradesman Heating & Air Conditioning

Even though incident was 2 years ago, it still bugs me. I was recuperating from surgery, and something went out on the air conditioner. I called Tradesman, and two guys came out and replaced a relay or something (not the compressor, so that is good). They asked if I wanted to add an overflow valve that shuts off the unit if it has a problem. I said okay. Then sold me a one year service contract, which would give a discoun to the visit (with disount contract was $ 86 instead of $ 100)
When they left the AC would not come on. I called them back and they said a wire to the outside had broken and they would have to drill and put in a new one (the old wire was 30 years old but it had worked until they messed with it). So charged for that. That was fixed, but they never called for the free annual check up (I know, I could have called, but still feel like taken advantage of while on meds).
