Established in 1987.

We partner with communities to serve as their designated building official and provide comprehensive inspection services. We possess extensive experience in all activities related to the administration and enforcement of the Minnesota State Codes for Accessibility, Building, Electrical, Energy, Fire, Fuel Gas, Industrialized/​Modular Buildings, Manufactured Homes, Mechanical, Plumbing, Prefabricated Buildings, and Subsurface Sewage Treatment Systems. In addition, we provide services related to soil and erosion control enforcement, rental/​housing ordinance enforcement, zoning ordinance enforcement, and annual fire safety inspections.
