Stumbled upon this place while staying in Baiting Hollow. Saturday we got chicken & beef kebobs and hot & sweet italian sausage. It was so amazing I went back the next day for their wide array of chicken burgers — I bought six different types and one was more delicious then the last: Buffalo Chicken, Broccoli & Cheese, Cajun, Spinach & Feta, Roasted Red Pepper & Feta.

This won’t be a long review because I have only been here once and ordered one thing but what I ordered tasted amazing. My buddy told me about this place and it was worth the trip out there. It is a very nice butcher shop and deli. I ordered a roast beef hero and boy it was tasty! This place has some of the best roast beef that I have eaten in a very long time.
I don’t know much else about this place but if you like roast beef then get yourself into this place!

YUMMY! All of your senses are illuminated when you walk into this clean, delicious smelling shop with a huge selection of fresh everything! My first time in, there was a man cutting up local vegetables right behind the deli glass, where you can see how everything is pristine clean and he had a huge smile as he diced away. He had a nice clean, white outfit without one stain… in a meat market! I loved that. There was someone waiting to help you behind each section with a smile and real guidance because the selection is a bit overwhelming. The chicken burgers with spinach & feta cheese were amazing. The chicken skewers were a home run. I can’t wait to go back and try everything. The prices are a little higher than the grocery store, but well worth it.

Stayed out in Wading River on vacation and saw this place while I was in the parking lot of Phil’s.
Went the next day and wow, this place is awesome… amazing salads, and awesome meat. The chicken and prime steak burgers were amazing All of the produce was fresh and perfect. I wish there was a place like this close to home!
