History
Established in 2014.
It all started 8 years ago with a BBQ competition and Patrick Gaeta was hooked on BBQ. Last spring he decided it’d be fun to start making bacon. North Fork Bacon was born. Quickly outgrowing it’s original location, production halted, disappointing many. His friend and former colleague Michael Troyan suggested a restaurant. North Fork Bacon & Smokehouse.
