I love these guys! They have pretty much everything for my gti. They ship your parts out very quick and their customer service is the best I’ve ever dealt with!

I purchased wheel spacers and longer lug bolts. Top quality products! No vibrations at all.

Great prices, fast shipping, and superior customer service! My package was stolen and ECS replaced it! This kind of customer care is rare these days. I would highly recommend ECS for anything automotive.

I have used their mail order service for parts for my Boxster, wife’s BMW and most recently my daughter’s Mini. They have great customer service with an awesome website with photos and good prices. I especially like their «wish-​list» function and the price-​drop emails. Shipping is always reasonable and super fast! I wish they would turn on the review function so I could get other’s opinions on some of the items.
I am happy with their service and their products and will continue to use them!

ECS has become one of my Go-​To places to source Euro-​Only bits for my BMW’s and MINI’s.
Online ordering is very easy. Calling them may take a bit more time, but you will talk to a real person that can go LOOK at the part to make sure it has a left-​hand flange, or whatever detail you are looking for.
Calling direct can also clear up any confusion over when an item might ship out. There are sometimes uncontrollable delays when things are coming from Germany versus a US based warehouse.

Great prices and great service. I had to return an item that I ordered erroneously (didn’t fit, my fault) and the service representative I talked to was helpful in getting an RMA started. When I mentioned that another item I ordered a few days ago had gone on sale, the representative accredited my account with the difference. I will be shopping with them again.

I found this company whole searching YouTube for «how to fix» something on my car. I am grateful they posted the solution to my exact issue and found a variety of other useful videos to other situations related to my vehicle. I am very grateful to their existence I purchased my part from them did the work as it was shown in the video saved a lot of money by not going to a mechanic and now I feel a bit less scared about something else go wrong with my car in the future. Been ordering online for the past few months for my m3 and man have they been great with shipping speeds and customer service. One item was missing something and within hours of contacting them they had sent out the missing piece. Website experience is key and it’s easy to get around to drop your hard earned cash with them. The 034 Motor Mount had change the whole feel of 2008 Audi A5 S-​Line. Now I can get there transmission mount!

Over the last year building my E46 M3, the majority of my parts I bought of of ECS TUNING, and the customer services was great. I bought a set of wheels and 3 out of the 4 where the correct ones, I had to ship out the other one and they worked with me on a lil refund. So I was pleased with that. The only thing I thing would be better was there shipping prices. Seems you gotta but something in the $ 1000+ range for them to include free shipping. Other then that I recommend these guys for any oem parts for your bimmer!

I’ve always loved ordering from ECS because they always have the parts I need and they’ll get them to you intact and on time. Well, today they really made a lifetime customer out of me. I ordered a replacement turbo from them last night after mine blew on my brand new car. I was needing to get the turbo ASAP in order to get my car running. Unfortunately, they contacted me today to tell me that my order would be delayed for almost a week. I told them my predicament and was thinking of cancelling my order for no other reason than needing the turbo right away. They took it upon themselves to modify my order to ensure that the turbo would ship on time. I will not go anywhere else. ECS has phenomenal customer service and is worth doing business with every time. Thank you to Matt and everyone at ECS!

Ordered a part, received it ASAP!

We order a lot from this company but felt the need to give a review because of the amazing customer service they have. On one recent occasion, we received a part damaged. It looks like the box was slightly smaller than the part but someone tried to make it fit. Not a big deal usually if we could just exchange it… except for the fact that our customer was waiting for that part to arrive and we were going to install it that same day so he can take his car home.
I went to their website and go on their live chat. I was able to talk to a person in minutes. He told me to email them images and I could stay on the chat while they wait for the photos. I sent it to them and they apologized and said they are going to ship it overnight and the part will be delivered the next day. They gave me a new order # in this same chat. The next day, we got the part and didnt have to ship back the broken part.
Mistakes and mishaps happen in any company. We are human, it happens to everyone. But excellent customer service is what gets you loyal customers. After dealing with other big companies with terrible customer service (**cough AT&T cough**), it was so refreshing to be able to have this issue resolved. To be able to talk to someone and be heard. So Thank you!!!

ECS sent an email encouraging me to write a review, so here is a brief one with my experience over the years.
I’ve been ordering parts on and off since about 2008. I’ve never had issues with getting the wrong parts sent to me. Parts have always been packaged properly and came as expected. Nothing broken so far. The website is easy enough to search for parts and order from.
My biggest issue with ECS, which also keeps me from ordering parts from them more frequently, is the cost and speed of shipping. It’s been an issue since day 1, and over the years they still have not addressed it. Sorry, but ECS is not a mom-​and-​pop shop. They can get and offer better rates. In this day and age, charging outrageous shipping costs for snail mail is just not acceptable.

ECS has been fantastic for me. I’ve been ordering parts from them for several years for my E92, and they’ve always sent me exactly what I ordered quickly and for excellent prices. I’ve even ordered the wrong sensor, forgotten about it, and ECS was willing to RMA the sensor more than six months later!
Their online chat guys actually know what the hell they’re talking about, too! I can ask them questions only actually knowledgeable car guys would know — like «I need the window switch for my passenger door, but in that beige-​ish color but the button itself is black» and they get me the link to the right in just a few minutes. They also know my engine bay!
In all, these guys represent exactly what online shopping for a car guy should be like — knowledgeable, professional, with customer service as a priority.
