Amazing, kind, professional, quick and super knowledgeable.
My van broke down in the parking lot of one of my daughter’s classes. I called AAA and they sent Sylva’s. THANK GOODNESS! From the second Clifford arrived, he was so kind and it was very clear he knew exactly what he was doing. I have needed my car towed many a time before and this was the quickest and best tow I have ever had. He backed right in, hooked it up, strapped it in and off it went in literally mere seconds. He treated my van as if it was his own, driving very carefully all the way from Waipio to Kailua in the pouring rain.
Clifford and his wife are so kind and wonderful. They took what should have been a really stressful situation and made it so simple. I will never use another towing company again!

Can’t say enough wonderful things about tower Kepili «Pili» from Sylva’s Towing. This is the 2^nd time he has done a service call for my vehicles and he is just the absolute best. He remembered me from many months ago even though I was in a different location. He took care of my car today like it was a newborn baby! Because he took such excellent care of me in the past and left a more than positive impression, I have 100% confidence in him, his service is top notch and I urge Sylva’s to not only reward him but keep him happy and never let him go. Mahalo Pili and Mahala for everything you do. You are appreciated !!!

I locked the keys to my rental car in the trunk. Called AAA and they sent Sylva’s towing. I wish I knew the name of the driver. He was so friendly and helpful. He also had a couple of friends who showed up (or at least he knew them). They watched our items for us so they didn’t disappear while we were preoccupied. (That happens a lot in Oahu, I guess.) Anyway, Sylva’s showed up in about 5 minutes after I called AAA, and we had our keys and were back on the road in no time. Extremely friendly and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My poor car broke down and needed a tow called AAA and Kepili from Sylva’s showed up. This guy was the best tow truck guy Ive ever had he was friendly, polite he knew how to do this job and did so in a timely manner. he even showed up about 30 minutes before the estimated time. (That never happens with tow companies) I would use them again.

Had an issue with our rental car, the key FOB stopped working, and we needed picked up and taken to our rental car location quick. The driver showed up very fast and was able to take us no problem. Great driver (Dane), efficient, and overall very satisfied.

So being stranded on the side of the road is already stressful, let alone on the side of the H-​1 west bound at 5pm on a weekday. We called AAA since we obviously needed a tow at around maybe 5:30ish they quoted us that the tow truck couldn’t come to us until 6:45. I got a call at 6pm and he was already walking me through what he was going to do as he was pulling up to us. I want to note that through the whole process he stayed on the phone with me until he hooked up my car and until I got into the tow truck with him. SUPPPPPEERRR helpful and SUPPPPERRR nice. Definitely what you call great customer service! Thank you Clifford! We definitely recommend you to whoever needs a tow!!! Needless to say that I was home and my car was off of the tow truck by 6:30pm!!! Great great great!!!

Great and awesome service not to mention friendly help. Oh a great big Mahalo to Cliff great man and thanks for your help had the best tow. I would recommend this towing company to all just because they are the best tow out there in HI state so if you are out there call SYLVA’S. If could give a 10 star I would!

I’m sad that I forgot the driver’s name. I arranged a tow through AAA in the morning for that afternoon, since the repair shop couldn’t take the car yet. I received a phone call about half an hour before the tow truck got go our house. Driver could mot have been nicer. We moved the car to where the truck could hook up. Hooked up, paid difference in AAA coverage and gave keys to driver. Repair shop already expecting car. Difficult situation taken care of in a friendly matter. Thanks Sylva’s and AAA Hawaii.

I called AAA for a tow job and Sylva’s showed.
Kahi arrived on the scene quickly, and called me beforehand to give me a heads-​up on when he’d arrive. (I love that kind of service.)
He was helpful and really patient, as I am super indecisive. It was between going to Lex Brodie’s or Costco for tires… He waited while we called both places to find out the hours, estimated cost, and whether or not the tires were in stock. (OMG, THANK YOU!) He let me know, though, that AAA members get 10% off at Lex Brodie’s.
Long story short — we went to LB. The towing was quick and painless.

Great towing service! Clifford was a pleasure to get to know. He went above and beyond by picking us up at our apartment and then taking us up a mountain road to our car. The truck did great and the driver, Clifford, couldn’t have been nicer! I would recommend Sylva’s Towing to everyone!
