My bf and I got a ride from Luke last weekend to the airport and it was a wonderful experience! Luke was excellent and so pleasant! I have never met anyone so pleasant before 5 am! He provided us with many educational stories about Hawaii’s culture. Highly recommend this company and Luke to anyone!

I definitely would recommend them! I booked a private shuttle for 2 people from airport to hotel, round trip. It cost a total of $ 35 not including tip to hotel and $ 25 not including tip for airport. You can pay once there in cash or prepay if you want too. Pay only for the trip you take, not total round trip amount… though that can be an option too?
What I liked about Go808 is that they are quick with responses. I was waffling about booking times and emailed them back and forth with questions. They always answered them in a timely and professional manner. usually within 1 – 2 days unlike other places I sent inquiries.
My only hiccup was during pick up at airport. Not their fault tho. My flight got delayed because someone on my plane lost their passport and the flight crew spent about 30 – 40 minutes looking for it. By the time I got to Hawaii, it was an hour later then the agreed time for pickup. I worried that they left already and couldn’t find the van. Luckily, I had some US coins… so I gave them a call and they said someone will be coming to pick me up in 10min. I ended up spotting another Go808 van meant for someone else but got it cause the other couple hadn’t arrived yet and likely the van dispatched for me would go to them. Was a bit confusing at the time but it worked itself out.
On the way back to airport, the guy picking us up was very nice and prompt. We had a nice chat and I discovered he has never been off the island and has never even seen snow! Coming from Canada, I was quick to say he wasn’t missing too much. Lol. Except for 1 month of December when it’s Christmas time. I could totally do without snow!
Overall, service was fast, friendly and professional. No stopovers at other hotels and no sharing with any other passengers. Thumbs up! Much cheaper then some hotel shuttle service, which charge you $ 50 – 60 per person one way! Also, much more convenient then bus. Bus is cheap but will take twice as long and hard to travel if you are on time crunch, have a lot of luggage or are just plain olé exhausted.
Oh and once I got back, I guess drivers didn’t get the memo but I got 2 calls regarding my pick up. So I quickly emailed the company that I’ve already been picked up days ago and that I don’t wish to be called. They quickly rectified this cause I didn’t receive any further communication from them. Lol.

My friends and I used GO 808 to go from the Airport to Waikiki. The price was much less than our hotel offered to shuttle us. The drive was very safe and comfortable. And was easy to set up (another person in our group set it up, but said it was a piece of cake). The driver was in contact with us prior to our arival and we were able to find him pretty quickly.
Speaking of our Driver (Paul). He was awesome. We had him both coming from and then back to the airport. Very nice and personable. Gave us great tips on things to do, places to eat on Waikiki. Heck, we all joked that next time we need to hire him as a tour guide for a day. And honestly, only half joking. He’d do a great job at that.

These guys are good. Return flight was delayed for over 45 min. Their original guy had to leave for another appointment but they sent another driver to take us home. No extra charge for the delay. Great company! Drivers are nice, vehicles are clean, great communication. Will always use and refer.

Excellent service to and from Honolulu Airport. We were the only ppl in the clean, air conditioned, & comfortable van both ways. Having had various wild & reckless airport shuttle experiences in the past, we only paid for a one-​way to the airport to check out the service. After getting to the airport in a timely manner by the safe and friendly driver we knew this was the best shuttle service in town. We went online and reserved return trip and when our flight back home was 1 hour late, our ride was waiting for us. These guys are da bestest on Island!!!

Count me as a big fan of 808GoExpress — our inbound driver — Chase — called us before we even started to collect out bags and patiently waited while we dealt with a piece of lost luggage. He was well marked just outside the baggage claim.
Honolulu traffic was comparatively light for nearly 7 PM on a Saturday and we were comfortably in Waikiki in less than 30 minutes. Comfortable and private ride was great and Chase filled us in on being in Waikiki.
The return trip was equally great. We called to let them know we could go early and within 10 minutes we had a call back for an earlier ride. 30 minutes later in light-​ish traffic and we were at the airport. Again, comfortable, private, efficient and entertaining.
Will definitely use them on our next trip!

1. I was not waiting in the wrong area as your driver stated. Arriving on United and picking my bags up from Carousel H5, it is almost impossible to be in the wrong area as the «Group Tours» pick up area is literally a few feet away.
2. My flight arrived on time at 12:30, I rung your office at 1:02 and 1:36 (the second call over an hour after I landed), your office advised that the driver was still on his way. I constantly checked inside and outside and at 1:30pm I was literally the only one left in the adjacent area so to say that the driver was waiting for me, is simply not true. If the driver was already there as you state, wouldn’t your office have advised me accordingly when I called you. twice?
3. Finally, well over an hour later a dark blue Toyota Sienna arrived that appeared to be a standard Honolulu taxi. There was absolutely no branding or logo on the taxi identifying it to Go808 Express so even if the driver had have been there waiting, there was no way of identifying the shuttle or its driver. The driver had no Go808 Express identification on his person either.
4. I prepaid on 17 Feb by Paypal. Are you telling me it takes more than 4 days for Paypal to advise you? Paypal state that they advise the merchant immediately payment is made and the funds are made available to you.
5. Given the atrocious service, I am recommending my colleagues to stay away from this company and use a reputable big name service provider.
6. I am not looking for a refund or compensation, just an acknowledgement that this job didn’t go to plan and I don’t appreciate you going on the attack at the customer, who is the one who was let down by a substandard service.
I booked this shuttle based on the good reviews on Unilocal.Well what a fool I was. I arrived on a United flight from LAX and followed all the directions on the sheet that comes back with the confirmation. I exited the Group tours door expecting to see a Go808 express shuttle. No such luck, no one was in site. I went back into the terminal thinking the shuttle guy would be in there. I searched everywhere, no one was holding a placard with my name on it. I rung Go808. they told me to stay in the building and not to go outside. At this time I was the only person left in the whole terminal as everyone had got their bags and gone, so it wouldn’t have been hard to find me. I decided, better check and go outside again. No Go 808 shuttles outside. I rung again, they said someone would be coming to pick me up and to stay put. By this time an hour had gone by since I landed. Finally a guy pulls up in a blue Toyota people mover with no reference to Go808 and said are your Richard. I said yes !! Unfortunately I had prepaid, as I was just about to give up and go and get a normal taxi. When we arrived at the hotel, I gave the driver a 10 buck tip and he said, no its $ 25. He was thinking I was paying for the shuttle I told him I’d already paid and thank goodness I had the receipt on me. He didn’t believe me and rung Go808 and you could tell they were telling him to check every detail on the receipt. So never again. I see a shuttle from the hotel was only $ 9, but I Über’d it back to the airport at the end of the trip for $ 18. Sorry, but my first Go808 was not a good experience.

Excellent service! Drivers are punctual and ready to pick us up both times. I will use again if traveling to honolulu again.

Upon arrival into HNL from Incheon, we were delayed inside the airplane cabin for 45 min. I also didn’t have my cell phone to talk to Go 808 about the delay. Boy, was I happy with Angelo «Angel» was patiently waiting for over an hour for our transfer home. He tried to call me but no answer. Angelo is really an angel to be there when we went to the RDV point. He is definitely an asset to the Go808 team – he went the extra mile for us. And he didn’t charge extra for the wait time. I was happy to award him his tip.
I will definitely use Go808 again.

We used the city run shuttle our first trip. Way bad. All the Unilocal reviews here are true. Very friendly. Communication was excellent. Calling us soon after we got off the plane. For the ride back to the airport we got a call from the driver concerned he would be 5 minutes late and asked if that would be ok. Great group. We will book with them next year.

$ 50 round trip + tip from Honolulu International Airport to Waikki with your own personal van and driver. No sharing with others and getting a tour of hotels. Easy reservations, no waiting to see if your driver is on time or even coming, these guys are pros. Super clean and gigantic vans. I understand Go808 also provides tours too. Forget taxis and shuttles, Go808!

Great service. Called 2 hours before I needed to be at the airport. They told me no problem. They called 15 min before my pickup to say the driver would be there on time or early. He showed up 10 minutes early! Extremely nice. Great rate, no hidden charges. I will use these guys every time.

Being a cheap skate, I didn’t want to pay $ 45 for the taxi fare from Honolulu airport to the Hilton Hawaiian Village in Waikiki. What, if you can afford the Hilton, you can afford a taxi you say! Actually we got a deal for about half the regular hotel price, but that’s another review.
No Über at the Honolulu airport, so it’s either bite the bullet or find another way to get to the hotel.

Entered my cell phone number, my airline, arriving flight number, date, and time for pickup, along with the same info for my flight back to Silicon Valley –got to go back to work and pay the big bills for this vacation! E-​mail verification of reservation confirmation.
Our plane comes into Honolulu an hour late. I check my text mail, and go808 is right there waiting for me. We walk 10 minutes to the luggage pickup area to get my wife’s 39 lb suitcase, me lugging my 22 lb carry on suitcase. Now don’t get me started on why my wife has almost twice as much stuff as I do!
We give go808 a call, and there waiting 100 feet away in the shuttle area on the street is our driver waiting. The driver is instantly recognizable, as no local would wear a Hawaiian shirt that outrageously colorful, unless they being paid to cater to the tourist crowd.
10 passenger, spanking clean, late model express van, with the go808 logo on the side, and shoulder belts for everyone. We are the only passengers. Driver is friendly with a smile, verifying our reservation, and is more helpful with the luggage than my ex-​wife who give us a ride to the San Jose Airport back home!
Unlike the taxi drivers, who drive like demons from the airport to the hotel, this guy drives very safely the half hour trip to the hotel, through the usual traffic congestion, construction zones, and drivers who cut you off. It may be paradise, but drivers are the same everywhere!
He instructs us where to wait in the vast 22 acre Hilton Hawaiian village, for our drive back to the airport a week later. $ 25 cash for the trip, with a $ 5 tip added, all fares fixed in advance on the website.
One week later, I get a call from Go808, verifying the pickup time, 6:15am in the morning. In the darkness of the morning, the Go808 van is there, this time a late model 6 passenger Dodge Grand Caravan. I dump my drink in the tropical vegetation of the landscaped hotel grounds, as I don’t want to leave any stains on the immaculately clean minivan. Again, we are the only passengers.
Matt is the driver, and on our prompting, gives us a half hour narrative of his lifetime story, born in Bakersfield. Yo, no wonder you’re here Matt! No brainer: Honolulu over Bakersfield anytime!
Serene ride to the airport, as no traffic going out of town. Into town is another story with endless lines of headlights pointed our way on the other side of the freeway. You may be smiling now, Matt, but bumper-​to-​bumper traffic driving back to Waikiki, to pick up your next hotel guests going to the airport.
$ 30 cash for the trip, with another $ 5 tip. $ 5 surcharge for waking up Matt early and robbing him of his beauty rest!

If I could give six stars, I would. Four of us on vacation during Christmas 2015 took the shuttle from the airport to our hotel and we also used the service back to the airport from our hotel. Both trips were spectacular because the vans were on time, very clean, drivers friendly and informative, and the list goes on and on.
Do yourself a real favor and use this service whenever you can. Not only for shuttle service ($ 30) but island tours as well. The hassle in and out of the airport was reduced to zero because of go808.

Easy quick reservations via internet and online. They don’t actually have a live person to answer phone calls. You leave a message and they will get back to you. Usually pretty quickly. It was the cheapest shuttle service I found around Oahu. The service was good. The cars were not quite as nice new and nice as speedishuttle but they were more than serviceable.
If you want cheap, good shuttle service in Oahu go with go808express.

Arrived on time and Matt was waiting for us! He was friendly and courteous! He gave us ideas and suggestions and made us feel like family! When you come to Hawaii and want to be treated like family and have your own car without paying high fees use Go 808! Fast, easy and ready!!! Thank you Matt!

I was glad I found out about this shuttle service on Unilocal!My trip was in early September and it was my first time in Hawaii with my friend. I couldnt believe how cheap the price was comparing to other services ($ 40 for round trip for 2) and you get your own car instead of sharing with other. Our first driver was TK and he was very nice and informative. He was funny too and made the trip to our hotel fun :) he helped us with our luggage and recommended us places to visit. He gave us a text when we just landed that he was already waiting! The day before we departed, I gave go808 express a confirmation call for the service and our driver was on time the next day! Once again the driver whom i did not get his name was very friendly and funny. Overall it was a nice experience for me as a first timer in Hawaii.

These are as great as everyone says! I used Go808 Express to go to and from the airport. They’re super friendly, very professional and prompt. As a young female, traveling alone, it was important to me to find someone highly recommended. Now I highly recommend them to others too.
One reason I chose Go808 was because they would allow a multi stop. I needed an airport pick then a stop before going to my hotel. They did this for only an additional $ 10 which was great. Otherwise I would have needed to get a separate cab which would have been expensive.
Their cars were clean and well marked. They even opened the door for me and let me use their iPhone charger… how nice!
I do recommend booking a few days, at least, in advance as they’re popular and fill up. But no worries you can change your pick up location the day of if you need to and they’ll accommodate you.

They’re on-​time, very friendly, and their vehicles are clean and comfortable. It’s cheaper than a cab to get from the airport to Waikiki, so reserving one from here is a no-​brainer. Our driver was a friendly guy, and shared a lot of local knowledge about the island to us!
