My husband and I visited this store back in January and I have to say, this was some of the best customer service we’ve ever experienced. Dan and Trey were awesome and we actually struck up a conversation and stayed for awhile to chat. Trey offered advice and tips for finding our way around the island and offered advice on where to go/​eat and what to see. He truly went above and beyond our expectations.

I have always been a fan of Rip Curl gear. Having a store on island has been a bonus. Dan and Trey in the Waikoloa shop offer 5 star service. Any needs, they are the ones to expedite. Both these guys have gone out of there way to make my shopping experience super easy. I also had a repair to a new item which both Dan and Trey were right there making it happen quickly.
