I am a New York University alumni, a former Boston College student, a member of the Latin Business Maui Group, a veteran of the U.S. Army, a moderator on the nation’s leading real estate forums, a contributor to some of the best-​known real estate blogs in the world, and a proud father of a little boy, Julian Kai and little girl, Cecilia. My past experiences have shaped my perspective of life, my drive for excellence, and my ambition to thrive in the real estate field.

My expertise is primarily in the Kihei condo market, the Wailea real estate niche, and the Makena Homes micro-​market. My objective is to provide clients with all the information on which they can make sound, informed decisions. The Wailea, Makena, and Kihei condo markets can be (unnecessarily) complex and having an expert hand can the difference between a smooth transaction and a problem-​riddled purchase.
