History
Established in 2006.
Owner Operator Neil Swanson began Neil’s Carpet Cleaning in early 2006. Neil has created and operated several business’ in Maui. In 1990 he started Pizza Fresh of Makawao with his buddy Matt Rauch. In 1995 he owned and operated Sub Paradise in Kahului and in 2006 he created Neil’s Carpet Cleaning. Neil is well known in Maui for his good work ethic and high degree of professionalism.

Business Owner
Owner Operator Neil Swanson has lived in Maui since 1989. He is married to Keiko Nishizuka Swanson and has three children, Kaito, Aika and Taj. He has owned and operated several business’ over his years in Maui. He loves ocean sports and plays a pretty mean guitar. He is a graduate of Pacific Palisades High School, U.C. Davis and Pepperdine school of Business and Management.
