Redbox

I totally love Redbox! Its a dollar and some change to rent a move for a day. Its really convenient that its located in Wal-​Mart and there’s two stations to choose from. My routine usually is reserving the DVD before hand so that you can pick up and go. The line sometimes is long. Dont go during late afternoon to evening hours. All the selection are gone. Also I love being able to return the DVD to any other Red box location! A really cheap way to enjoy movie night when there isnt anything to watch especially on cable!

Redbox is awesome. When you see how much you pay for a rental versus the old Blockbusters, makes you wonder why no one invented one of these machines sooner.
Basically, its a DVD vending machine. There are probably hundreds of DVD’s or VIDEO games in the machine that you can rent from. Not sure how much games are but most movies are $ 1.20 for regular DVD’s and $ 1.50 for Blu-​Ray.
There are a couple of ways you can rent. One way is to go to
. You can type in a movie to see if its available, then you can check to see if that movie is available at your nearest location. If you want it, you can reserve it and pick it up when you are ready. Or… you can just go to any machine and see whats available right there and then and rent it.
How it works is, you type in some info like your email, and when youre ready, you swipe your credit card. The credit card is used to bill your rental. You cannot use cash to rent movies. If you dont return on time, you get charged for it. You will get an email when you rent a video, and when you return it for verification.
The drop off is easy. Basically put the DVD back into the machine (inside of its case) and make sure that you insert it the right way so the machine can read your bar code.
You can literally be in and out of the «redbox» in less than 1 minute if you know what you want. Couple minutes to browse the list!
