I do not recommend this DD. I was ripped off. I asked to have $ 20 put on my DD card in Nov. 2014 And was so tired forgot to ask for a receipt. A week later I discovered there was $ 0 on my card. I returned to this Wakefield DD4 times to get this situation resolved and each time they agreed I should be reimbursed. After all the promises the district manager refused to reimburse my. Never again will I return to this DD, and maybe no other DD for me!

My tolerance for this location is at its end. I order my iced latte the same way every time and yet they seem to mess it up a different way each time. Today: no espresso/turbo shot at all, just milk and vanilla syrup(even though we ordered a caramel latte). I keep giving them chances as the location is so convenient, but I’m done. One female worker actually argued with me that I was wrong and until the manager intervened, she was refusing to make me a new drink. C’est la vie.

Looks like this Dunkin Donuts is the latest to add help that barely speaks English and is resentful to «help.» I had three drinks ordered, and they didn’t get one right. Then the person who could barely speak English demanded to see our receipt, as if we were lying about what we’d ordered, simply because she messed it all up. She then gave us our order and it STILL wasn’t right. No flavoring in any of the coffees or hot chocolate. We politely told her and she got very rude, insisting it was right. My son’s drink was so bad that he had to throw it away. I’ve gone to this Dunkin Donuts for many years but won’t any longer. I don’t appreciate there being help there who can’t speak the language, make the wrong drinks and are rude even when being treated politely. You cannot tell me that there aren’t polite legal workers out there who want this job but won’t get it because Miss Impolite and Won’t Get it Right gets paid less than them. Dunkin Donuts — you get what you pay for!!! Good way to lose a loyal customer base, guys.

The two dunkin donuts on Main Street are not good. There is one in the center of town and another on the corner of main street and north avenue/nahant. Both are them are too dirty. The one outside the center has a drive thru that is too narrow and too windy. You should go to the one on the corner of Albion and North Avenue instead.

Coolatta machine was broken tonight. Total bummer. I had to drive to Stoneham to find an open Dunks. Usually a solid location, tonight I was just dying for a Coolatta and I got let down.
