History

Established in 1987.

Ocean Breeze Property Services began as a cleaning company in 1987, serving residential and commercial customers across Rhode Island. 1995 – 2000 Ocean Breeze developed into a large painting company and became led hazard reduction certified by Rhode Island department of Health.

Projects completed during this time include:

— Kingston Congregational Church in Kingston

— Narragansett Town Beach Pavilion

Ocean Breeze started roofing in the early 2000s, serving Rhode Island homes and commercial Properties. We trained and became as asphalt and rubber roofing systems certified installer by:

— GAF — architectural asphalt shingles

— Mule hide — rubber roof commonly used for flat roofs both residential and commercial

— Weather bond –EPDM rubber roof

— Gaco– New advanced silicone flat roof system that is environmentally friendly

Ocean Breeze Property Services is a family Owned and operated company, established in 1987 by Andrew Shea Sr after returning from the US Navy. He graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 1992 with bachelors in Consumer affairs and political science.
