Skip this place! I went here because all Subways are the same, right? NO! Got a veggie flatbread and then developed food poisoning shortly after eating it. Head to another Subway… your stomach will thank you!

I just want a damn sub.
I had a Subway gift card collecting dust, so I figured I’d use it for breakfast (have never tried or been in a Subway). It’s fairly early, so I’m the only customer in the store. There was one lady working, and she was just hollering nonsense. Something about waiting for the oven to heat up. I don’t know, you have as good as a guess as I do.
To put a long story short, ordering my sub was quite the overkill. Step by step, topping by topping, yes or no. I was in a fast food chain for about a half hour. And remember, I was the lone person in there. I don’t know how this place functions when there are a good amount of people.
As for the actual sub, meh. The sub I had was a steak, egg and cheese. Those were fine on the sub, but the bread and the sloppiness was what killed it. The toppings did not complement each other well. Not to mention, the sub collapsed halfway through.
My consensus is that I think Subway is trying to hard. It’s just fast food.

One thing I like about Subway is the choice of breads when you’re getting a sub but this subway compared to others in the area skimp on everything! Today was my first time going to the Wakefield one I usually go to Stoneham and compared to them Wakefield doesn’t put anything on their subs. I got a six inch sub to go that had 3 pieces of Turkey and two pieces of cheese they filled the entire sub with lettuce to make it look fatter but basically I just bought a lettuce sandwich. Needless to say ill never go there again. Very disappointed. Go down the street to Brothers or around the corner (water street) to Kipos if you want to get your money’s worth for food.
