We bought some mulch and when the guy delivered it we showed him the stones we have in the garden and ordered enough stone to fill a small area we showed him that should have matched our existing stones. What we got was not half as nice as what he said he would match and about 10x more than we needed. I could have made use of the extra if it was nice small white stones like we have in our garden, but these big ugly rocks are of no use to us and we have a mountain of them he dumped in our driveway. We called several times to discuss options for making it right. The woman who answers says the guy needs to deal with it and will get back to us. I was not asking for my money back, but I can’t deal with this pile of ugly rock and would like either a credit for something else or at least help moving the mountain. He did not return our calls and when we finally showed up again there while the guy was in, he seemed very nice and said he wanted us to be happy. However, all he did was offer to drop off a shovel to move it ourselves but he never showed up. Anyone need a pile of rocks? I need better customer service!

I’ve purchase my mulch from this guy for the last 4 yrs or so… He’s a real nice guy, delivers on time and quality of product is very good! Also, price is fair and he doesn’t charge for local delivery in the surrounding area.

We moved to Wakefield the week before Christmas in 2010, and got our first Christmas tree there two days later. Needless to say, we will never get Christmas trees, firewood, or mulch from anyone else. Their prices are reasonable, and the customer service is incredible. They’re the kind of local business that you feel great about supporting!
