Slow, slow, slow! I have been my mother’s driver for her last visits here and they consistently overbook. And the woman at the front desk is so busy talking and gossiping with people that she ignores people checking in. The last time I brought her here the front desk skipped over her because they weren’t paying attention! We waited almost an hour and it was only when Mom stepped up and asked when she would be seen that they noticed she was there! «Oh, I thought you were a no-​show.» Good care by the doctor but you have to be able to deal with the front desk to make it to him.
