A full service luxury car wash and detailing center with a relentless focus on delivering a great customer experience in Waldorf, MD. Kleen Wave Auto Spa is among one of the most environmental friendly car washes in Maryland. We will collect a substantial amount of used water, preventing it from entering storm drains. Oil, chemicals, and solids are extracted from the waste water through onsite filters before being dumped into the sewer system. Our water reclaim system will allow us to treat and use 90−95% of the water back into the wash tunnel.

We are the first car wash in Waldorf, MD to provide flat-​belts within the Wash Tunnel and After-​Care area. We will be able to wash any type of vehicle (Dually trucks, low clearance vehicles, vehicles with 26 inch rims, etc.). With over 25 years of experience and knowledge in the car care industry we will offer full detailing and express detailing options.

So… today was my first experience here. I think they have the potential to be great, but are lacking on the attention to detail and here’s why:
— My console had visible dust following the platinum wash.
— The steering wheel and other surface areas were not wiped… at all.
— My wheels were still dirty
— My trunk was not vacuumed well, even after I specifically asked them to give it special attention.
The positives were:
Very friendly employees
The monthly unlimited wash deal is a great value
The wash itself was great!!!
I am all about supporting small business. I just expect at the very least a good wipedown of the dashboard and a a vacuum that is better than what I can do on my own.
Since I purchased the unlimited wash for one month I will be sure to get my money’s worth and make certain these areas are taken care of moving forward. Today I had an appointment that didn’t allow me to address it with the manager.

Average at best. I have to constantly point out things to be clean all wiped down. The workers seem to just be there to get a paycheck and not really paying attention to the work they’re doing on your car. There’s never anyone to check on the quality of work that the workers are producing and most of the workers seem to be young kids that really don’t care about the car.

I am a fan of this business. however, I will say when I go in, I often have to ask repeatedly afterwards to detail the interior better, the cup holders and gear shift area are often neglected. There was one time a gentlemen who I presume to be the manager came out because the young man who cleaned my car did not do a good job on my windows he stayed there with my car until it was done and done properly and I appreciated the pride he took in his business to ensure customer satisfaction… I am hoping that when I take a trip there in the morning this isn’t the case.
I actually started going here because the service was the same as Marquee for a fraction of the price which sold me immediately, however after a few visits like I said things that seem minor which are major are often overlooked.

If I could, I would give this place 3.5 stars. It’s not a bad place to go. I actually come at least once a week. My issue is, the past few times there have been spots left in the vehicle even after the detailers have done their thing. On 2 different occasions, I have found myself grabbing a towel and the glass spray and going over my windows on my own. They rarely dry the side mirrors and the water comes out and ends up on my car which leaves water spots.
I pay too much money to have to worry about doing anything myself.
On the positive, the staff is AMAZING!!! Always friendly and smiling. And the ability to ride through the wash is awesome!
I will be coming back, but I hope that they take heed to the complaint.

GMC Acadia Denali — had a good 1st impression 2 months ago until over a week ago after my 2nd platinum wash. it took me a day but i noticed that my HD reception kept going in and out every 5 – 10 seconds. it dawned on me to check my antenna because the wash is the only place I drove to. unfortunately I was right and the antenna was slightly bent. I purchased a new, exact antenna and my reception still drops in and out. I’m sure I’ll spend much more money for the dealership to troubleshoot it. now listening to the radio in the truck is not the same and annoying.

Efficient service and polite staff but there needs to be a sign saying that detailing services are not available on the weekend. It isn’t physically posted nor is it on the website. I was only told this after sitting in line for over 10 minutes with no way of backing out of the line. I will now have to go somewhere else and pay extra because I need it done today.

— love this place. My whole family brings our cars here whenever they are dirty. They are quick & professional. you can even watch through the glass inside of you want to see what’s going on. For all of the work they do, 25 dollars isn’t bad at all. I think many people expect a full detail for that price, but that’s not what the platinum wash includes. They do have interior specials for 50 dollars. That’s not bad either. My mom had hers detailed & Raj did a fantastic job !

Terrible job at wiping down obvious spots on dash that had dust on them. Literally took me 5 seconds to wipe it down w/​my t-​shirt. Swaths of portions of the windshield made worse instead of better. I wasn’t expecting detail level quality with a quick $ 25 wash but this was almost as if the people doing the job didn’t care at all.

Got the platinum service for $ 25 and they didn’t do a very good job! Probably won’t go back. Interior was not completely wiped down and they did a horrible job vacuuming! For being their best package it was definitely not worth the money!

I arrived to have my SUV washed, and felt a little intimidated by the long line of cars waiting but decided to give it a try. Great news is that it was a quick process, they’re very efficient at getting cars in and out, and keeping things moving. The process was easy, and the people were friendly.
On a slightly frustrating note, the end of the arm of my rear windshield wiper was broken off in the process. I didn’t notice this until I got home and opened the back of my SUV; when I did, a chunk fell off of the end. I assume this happened during the first part, when it went through the automatic washer, since it’s not touch-​free. I also noticed the car in front of me had a piece of trim that was being bent during the wash.
Overall it was a fast and efficient experience, but I don’t think I will return because of the damage to my SUV.

I wasn’t expecting a miracle, but that’s what I got. Took a totally neglected and funky car in basically for the seats and upholstery to be steam cleaned. I had no idea a car wash could restore the car’s upholstery and seats back to «almost, like new» condition. Yeah, there were some streaks on windows and a missed spot or two, but this place was as close to perfect as I would ever expect in spite of what was missed. Plus, it’s fun to watch the innovative assembly line as vehicles go by.

Went there yesterday they did a great job however I had to ask the attendant to wipe down the inside of my doors as well as my console. I will give it another try and hope that my interior is cleaned properly

Took my SUV to this new carwash to get the road chemicals cleaned off and to take a look at this enormous new establishment.
The people greeted me with a smile and went over all the various options with me. They did an excellent job both on the interior and exterior. They spent plenty of time making sure it met my expectations and that personalized experience is what sets this place apart from the competition. Reasonably priced and great customer service will have me making routine visits.
I highly recommend it!
