I just came from Salon JM and I’m very happy with my hair cut by Angela. I’ve bee going there for a year now but Julie used to cut my hair. She was good but I guess she did not tune into what I needed like Angela did. when I went today I did not know what I wanted exactly but I had a rough idea. Angela listened, she was patient with me, and made her own recommendation to enhance the idea I had. Not only that but after she blew dry my hair she asked me if I wanted her to cut it even a bit shorter which I did and she had no issue accommodating what I wanted. I came out my hair looking like a million dollar. Even better then when I went to David Michael snobbish salon in Paramus. I liked the hair cut but was not very comfortable there.

My almost-​14 year old daughter just had her hair cut by Jillian today on a Groupon, and I wanted to write a review ASAP because we are so, so happy with her cut! We walked in a little at odds over what was going to be done with her very long hair (my daughter wanted boy-​short and I wanted her to stay a little feminine). Jillian was very, very patient with all the indecision and I didn’t want my daughter to feel pressured to get something she didn’t want, yet I thought a boy cut on her wouldn’t be flattering and she’d ultimately be unhappy, as much as she thought she’d like it. Jillian and another worker there (I’m sorry I don’t know her name) were encouraging and suggestive as far as helping her understand what would flatter her. In the end, she got an absolutely adorable asymmetrical cut that not only looks wonderful on her, but it also fits her (kind of emo) style and she absolutely LOVES it!!! I don’t even think she expressed to Jillian how happy she was while we were there, but she can’t stop talking about it and sending pics to her friends. We were impressed with the entire salon, the wonderful cut, and the amazing talent and customer service by Jillian. Don’t hesitate to give them a try! And we’ll be back even without the Groupon :) Thank you, Jillian!!!

Went for a hair cut, fast service, lovely ladies. Groupon deal always helps ! I wouldn’t come back unless I need my color for though, haircuts are A bit pricey without the deal for ny taste. But great salon and worth the money if you have it lol

I moved to Waldwick and wanted to find a good hair salon. I’m super picky about my hair and more times than not I leave unsatisfied. As per other reviews I wanted to see Jillian and was able to get appointment with her at the last minute. I went in slightly unsure of what direction I wanted to go in with hair color. Jillian was very patient with me and helped me decide what would work best. My color is excellent and the long layers were cut beautifully. Then Annalyse gave me a fabulous blow out. I left feeling satisfied and beautiful. Thanks ladies. I found a good hair salon and I’ll definitely be back.

Bought a groupon for cut color blowout! I only got the cut and color and got charged an additional $ 10 because I have thick long curly hair. Julie did an amazing job with both the cut and the color! I never love my hair after a cut and today I went home and straightened it and LOVED it! I’ll give them 5 stars once I get a blowout and see how good it is :)

I’m looking for a new salon, so based on Unilocal reviews I bought a Groupon for a cut, single process color & blow out for 50% off. My stylist was Jillian, and she was very personable and professional. She listened to what I wanted, made suggestions, and gave me an excellent color and cut.
The salon itself is spacious and clean, although heads up, it is a bit hard to find, as it is in the same complex as Odyssey Fitness.
I highly recommend the salon and Jillian specifically.

See Jillian if you need color. She does superb work and really knows what she’s doing. I am super pleased with my result! She even took the time to give me some nice waves per my request, even though she did not have to. Huge thumbs up!

Came here with my Groupon and really enjoyed the experience. Very affordable, professional and a beautiful Decour inside. My haircut was professionally done, with the stylist focused to my every request. Location is a bit odd, in the back of the gym, but that shouldn’t take away from the work that the stylists do.

I was looking for a new salon since my old salon was just to far and hard to make an appointment. I searched Groupon and found Salon JM. Making my appointment they were very friendly and I was able to get the date and time I wanted! Jill did a consultation with me for highlights and after I explained what I wanted she gave me her suggestion. I took it and my hair came out great. The women in the salon were very friendly and they now have a new loyal customer! The other thing I loved is Jill was able to recommend me a product they didn’t sell. So they aren’t just pushing products for the sake of making money, its what would be best for their client which is the most important.
