Really frustrated today. Moved my schedule around to be home for a carpet measurement. Didn’t get my call between 7−9am with my appointment window… so I called the store, who connected to the group that does their measurements. Apparently… Our paperwork wasn’t completed when we met the salesperson in store, therefore they were unable to schedule us for the day… Now it is pushed out a week. The saleswoman who was working with is in store didn’t seem to have a clue what she was doing, should have been a warning sign… Hopefully it goes better from here.

There is not regular maintenance of the plants. There is evidence of distress in some of the house plants. Associates blew me off about watering. It was troubling. I went to the bathroom to get some water myself. When I came back I think they were carting them off to the dumpster.
