Fancy Nails

This is actually just the first time I am here but they really did a great job making a good impression. Not that the place is huge or very fancy but the way they run their business really impressed me. I was a walk in and the place was a little busy at the time but they greeted me and gave me a welcoming attitude. Did not really have to wait for long until someone could help me with the manicure and pedicure combo. The lady was very skilled and careful. They have a great set of good quality products and beautiful colors that I could feel the difference comparing to many other places I have been to. Reasonable price. Highly recommended !!!

From out of town and hoped to get two mani/​pedis. The shop only had 2 customers and we we’re told they didn’t have time to do our nails. Didn’t even offer for us to wait or come back at another time, just turned us away. Won’t be going back again ever. Horrible customer service.

I just got my nails here for the first time, very nice people and great customer service. I highly reccomed it.

Normally I love this place but when I went this last time the male nail artist SCREWED EVERYTHING UP. I went in for my normal fill on my acrylic nails which I had finally got to the right length and shape after months of growing them out. He started by trying to pry off the existing acrylic which was quite well attached and in doing so had to cut my nails and jam a fake nail tip (which often slipped and rammed painfully into the sensitive skin under my nail) between the acrylic and my nail. I have naturally weak nails so instead of separating from the acrylic, they split and flaked.
After he had absolutely DEMOLISHED my natural nail in trying to unnecessarily remove the acrylic on top, he cut off what remained of them, so short that there was really no point in putting any acrylic on them again. Then he filed them even shorter (which felt like he was filing more if my fleshy fingertips than my actual nail) until they were stubby round messes. I always get a square tip nail, but he neither asked what shape I wanted or if I wanted my nails cut (which I did not because again, it takes a long time for my nails to grow out).
Quite frustrated i went up front to pay where he charged me for a full set, instead of the fill I had originally requested and to my dismay, the nails aren’t even the same length! Some are crooked as well! I have included a photo of my painful fingers.

Fantastic place to get nails done, wax or tan! Ann and Bill treat customers with great care and are amazing at their job. They pay great attention to detail and do great work. I always love my manicure or pedicure!
